In response to your letter of March 30, 2015, please be advised that I checked with Representative Karl Rhoads concerning the home addresses and phone numbers of Ms. Hussey and Ms. Hussey-Burdick as they appeared on exhibits posted to our Capitol website as part of the submittal by Representative Calvin Say's attorney in the qualification investigation.

Representative Rhoads has informed me that approximately ten days after the posting, he redacted the street numbers and phone numbers from the Exhibits as a courtesy to your clients.

In any case, I believe that all of Representative Rhoads' actions were appropriately taken in the exercise of his legislative functions and in accordance with his mandate to investigate the qualifications of Representative Say to sit as a member of the House of Representatives.
