1. TEHNICAL AND FINANCIAL EVALUATION
Evaluation of 135 project proposals for social services
infrastructure as follows:
60 project proposals out of 235 submitted on Phare 9905.02.02;
35 project proposals out of 80 submitted on Phare
RO 0104.01.01 (2001);
40 project proposals out of 90 submitted on Phare
RO 2002 – 000-586.01.01.01.
Projects had in view acquisition and refurbishment / design
and build of houses, acquisition of special equipment and
furniture as well as services for alternative facilities for child
protection in order to close the old residential care centers.
2. TRAINING
o Elaboration the guidelines and training materials in
accordance with PRAG, delivery of the training
sessions for the potential applicants (before the launch
of Call 2 and Call 3) and training for the grant
beneficiaries (under the 3 Calls), preparation of the
training sessions on public procurement and financial
reports, evaluation and monitoring of the grant
contracts implementation, intermediary and final reports
under the PRAG procedures.
o Organiser of the conferences for launching and closure
of the 3 grant schemes
