2Pizzaville Free Community Weekend Aviva Centre opens its doors August 8-9 for those who want to enjoy a weekend filled with free tennis and fun activities for the whole family. Pizzaville Free Community Weekend combines the competition between the world’s best players with a festive atmosphere that includes contests, games, music, plus the chance for fans to pick up a racquet and get on court themselves, giving families and friends the chance to spend quality time together.

DiningVisitors to Rogers Cup presented by National Bank will not go hungry while watching the best tennis players in the world, as several food and beverage options abound throughout the grounds. There are several concession stands inside Centre Court, and delicious food options this year include Pizzaville pizza and chicken fingers. Barbecues offering burgers and hot dogs

can be found on-site as well. Other dining options include Tiebreakers, the Lavazza Café, and the Peroni Terrace, which is sure to a hot spot for fans to relax and catch a drink and a bite. Premium Series Club members also have access to fine dining at the VIP Bistro inside the Mazda VIP Lounge.

ShoppingWith 15 acres of land south of Centre Court, Rogers Cup is full of shopping options! Be sure to visit our new Sporting Life store located on the west side of the grounds, designed to feel like a tennis department store, complete with change rooms! The retail village also features a few booths along the east side of the grounds. Rogers Cup is packed full of fun, fresh and affordable merchandise and essential items to enhance your visit. 3Practice CourtsThe Cynamon Family Practice Courts are the best place to watch your favourite players up close. Fans can check out how the best players in the world get ready for their matches from the stands located on the east side of the practice courts or the viewing deck located on the south side of the prac-tice courts. Premium Series Club members can also relax and take in the action from the Mayfair Clubs VIP Practice Court Patio, located on the west side of the Cynamon Family Practice Courts.

Rogers Cup Hall of FameJoin us as we celebrate the legends of Rogers Cup past during our annual Rogers Cup Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Past inductees include Billie Jean King, Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi, Monica Seles, Martina Navratilova, Ivan Lendl, John McEnroe and Boris Becker. Accessible Seating and FacilitiesAccessible seating is available in Level 100 and there are two elevators to access the stadium. Please call our ticketing hotline and a representative will assist you in booking your tickets at 1-877-283-6647 x 4333. Accessible parking is conveniently located close to the site and is available on a first-come first-serve basis with a valid, government issued, handicap parking pass.

ATM There are National Bank ATM machines located on-site. Box Office The box office is located at the north end of the stadium outside the main gates. Hours of operation are from 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. during Rogers Cup presented by National Bank.

Cameras, Camcorders & ComputersCameras are permitted on-site. However, in order to provide ticket holders with unrestricted sight lines during match play, fans are asked to refrain from bringing tripods or monopods to Aviva Centre. Flash photography and camcorders are prohibited. If these items are found in your possession at the gate, you will be asked to check them at Guest Services or return them to your vehicle. Additionally, fans are encouraged to take photographs of their favourite tennis stars for recreational purposes, however Tennis Canada owns the exclusive rights to sell all pictures from the tournament. Ticket holders are not permitted to use photographs from the event for commercial purposes. The use of laptops, tablets or other handheld electronic devices within the confines (spectator areas) of the tournament match courts is prohibited.

Children Children 2 years of age and under do not require a ticket but must sit on the lap of an accompanying ticket holder. Session tickets for children over 2 years of age may be purchased at a 10% discount.

Code of ConductTennis Canada is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans attending Rogers Cup presented by National Bank. We ask that fans be respectful of those around them and that they conduct themselves appropriately at all times. Guests will be denied entry if intoxicated/impaired or in possession of an illegal substance. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by tournament organizers may result in ejection and/or further legal action. Fans who are ejected will have their tickets revoked and will not be compensated in any way.

Courts In addition to Centre Court which has a capacity of 8,000, there are star-studded matches played on the outside courts at Rogers Cup presented by National Bank. Grandstand Court located at the south end of the site seats 1,300. Other match courts include Court 1 with 700 seats and Courts 2, 3 and 4 with 100 seats each.

Emergency Procedures In any case of emergency please call 9-1-1.

EtiquettePlease remain in your seat until the end of play and only leave your seat during a player changeover. Please refrain from making noise during play. Smoking is not permitted anywhere at Aviva Centre. Turn cell phones to vibrate/silent mode. Do not use flash photography from the stands.

First AidThere are First Aid stations and paramedics on-site to deal with any health issues. Please see site map on pg.18 for locations.

Food & BeveragesThere are several food and beverage outlets on-site that offer a variety of options, such as Tiebreakers. Food, water and personal coolers are permitted on-site. Please note that glass containers, bottles, non-clear water bottles and cans are prohibited.

Lost, Stolen or Destroyed TicketsTickets can be replaced for the original ticket purchaser at a cost of $5.00 per ticket and picked up at the Will Call booth beside the Box Office.

Mazda VIP Lounge The Mazda VIP Lounge is accessible to all Premium Series Club subscribers as well

as Platinum Plus, Gold Plus and Mid Week package ticket holders. The lounge provides a comfortable, air-conditioned area to relax and enjoy a meal. It also boasts the exclusive Mayfair Clubs VIP Practice Court patio which overlooks the main practice courts.

Nut AllergiesAviva Centre does NOT have any areas free from nut products. As a result, we recommend that those with nut allergies exercise extreme caution whilst attending Rogers Cup.

ParkingPaid parking is available on the York University campus for $15 per day/session. Premium Seat ticket packages may include parking privileges. Please allow for ample time to park and either walk or take a shuttle bus to the stadium.

Premium Series Club Premium Series Club members are the ‘season-seat holders’ at Rogers Cup and have reserved Centre Court seats for the entire duration of the tournament at a significant savings over purchasing daily tickets. Premium Series Club members also have exclusive benefits, including access to the National Bank Premium Series Club Lounge, where player meet-and-greets,

autograph sessions, and other special events take place throughout the week. Located within the Premium Series Club, the Bistro offers a high-end buffet with the same menu enjoyed by the players. Reservations for the Bistro are highly recommended and can be made by calling 416-650-7085.

Prohibited ItemsGlass containers, bottles, cans, non-clear water bottles, weapons, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, pets, noisemakers, laser pointers, monopods, tripods or any other objects deemed unsuitable by the management of Rogers Cup presented by National Bank are strictly prohibited on the grounds.

QualifyingThe qualifying event takes place on Saturday, August 8 and Sunday, August 9. Admission is free and includes grounds access.

RainEvery attempt will be made to play any/all scheduled matches in the event of inclement weather. If the rain stops, courts will be dried, play will resume and the session will continue.

The following policy applies to individual session tickets purchased directly through Tennis Canada.

Please note that the following tickets are exempt from this policy and are not eligible for credit or exchange:a) Premium Series Club (as Subscribers of record have access to all Centre Court matches through tournament completion); b) Chairman’s Lounge tickets;c) All tickets issued as Complimentary; d) All tickets purchased through any auction, resale or secondary outlet e) All tickets for sessions #14 and #15.

Patrons are advised that the schedule of play as well as session dates, number of matches, and starting times are subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for credit or exchange due to one or more changes in the schedule of play.

TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY(Please read above to determine if your tickets are eligible for exchange)

If one WTA match is completed or 90 minutes of continuous play has taken place on Centre Court in any one session, that session is considered complete and therefore no exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued.

In the event that less than one WTA match or less than 90 minutes of continuous play is completed on Centre Court due to weather or other acts beyond our control, any tickets not listed in the exemption list above may be exchanged by the original purchaser

for a session on the following day or the ticket value of paid tickets (less processing and delivery fees) may be used as a credit towards a future session of tennis of the same year’s event.

If session 14 or 15 is cancelled/rained-out, tickets will be honored for the rescheduling of the session. Parking, lounge and suite access is only available for the original sessions purchased. Exchanges take place on site at the Box Office only.

Private Suites: Despite the rain, all Private Suites will remain open. A portion of paid Private Suites will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year’s event. Each purchaser will be contacted following the event.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

SecuritySafety is one of our highest priorities at Rogers Cup presented by National Bank,

and we continue to take steps to ensure the safety of everyone entering the gates. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid delays and help expedite the entry of all spectators. All fans will go through a screening process before passing through the entry gates.

ShuttlesShuttle buses are available to and from the main gate of the stadium and all outer parking lots of York University. The shuttle bus runs until 30 minutes after the final match has been completed. Unfortunately, no shuttle service is provided to/from any Toronto hotels.

COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE BUS The courtesy bus will shuttle people from Downsview subway station to Aviva Centre and back. This free shuttle service is available for evening sessions from Tuesday, August 11 to Saturday, August 15, 2015 starting at 5 p.m. and Final Sunday, August 16 starting at 10 a.m.

WashroomsThere are washrooms located around the grounds and at Centre Court. Washrooms located at Centre Court are wheelchair accessible and equipped with baby change tables.

WeatherRogers Cup is an outdoor event and therefore appropriate clothing, including hats and sunscreen are encouraged. Umbrellas are allowed but should not interfere with any other spectator’s enjoyment of the match.

Will CallWill Call is the international term for “ticket pick-up.” During the event, the Will Call booth is located on the north side of the stadium just west of the main gate and the Box Office.
