her trial ended.

I am a very frequent visitor at Fedex since the Divorce Proceeding and prior

Since the Divorce Proceeding as indicated further below in this document

given the extensive electronic harassment experienced, I have spent many hrs

at Fedex, making copies, printing documents and mailing letters out.

I am a very familiar face there.

There are no psychotic episodes while interacting with the individuals at

Fedex.

U.S. Bank

She has spent a lot of time at U.S. Bank Eden Prairie tracing accounts and

trying to dredge up old credit card statements to refute claims of

irresponsible spending since 2010.

She has also spent plenty of time trying to ensure that copies of all pertinent

documents were available at the Safety Deposit Box at U.S. Bank

She is a very familiar face at U.S. Bank since the Divorce Proceeding

Was she Psychotic during any of her interactions with any personnel at the

Bank and she has numerous interactions at the Bank. There are also cameras

within the bank that would call out any bizarre behavior.

same time. He denied a week observation in

hospital.

1 12/20/2016 Spent an entire hr at Best Buy – trying to upload cell phone

recordings off my cell phone. Purchased an LG Tribute5 in

October of 2016. Uploading call recordings should be simple

as a simple copy off my cell phone. I had to go thru inserting

an SD card in my cell phone, converting the amr files to wav

files on my cell phone so that I can copy the files over to the

laptop.
