Its major goal is to guide students graduating with a B.Sc. towards a top career in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety, and Industrial Hygiene. Summer Program

we've grown from a small college to a bustling university with two campuses, 11 faculties, some 300 programs of study, and more than 37,500 students. The University also partners with four affiliated teaching hospitals to graduate over 1,000 health care professionals each year. Who Can Apply The ideal candidate for this Summer Program is interested in the subject of Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety, and is already proficient in the English language. Students should apply for a Canadian visa to travel to Canada. Course Date July 25 – August 12, 2016 (Three Weeks) Courses and Professors The courses will be held from Monday to Friday (9h00 to 12h00 in the morning, and 13h00 to 16h00 in the afternoon).

Dr. Paul Héroux, Director of the Occupational Health Program, Faculty of Medicine, at McGill University, will teach courses in the field of Occupational and Environmental Health.

Drs. Paul-Émile Boileau, Pietro Gasparrini, Steve Martin, Wayne Wood and Jean-Pierre Gauvin, lecturers in the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Occupational Health, will also contribute to the Summer Program. At least three other professors from the department will make contributions to the teaching in the form of 10-15 minute presentations outlining the content of their courses. In addition, the Summer Program includes English Courses and other sessions in management, leadership and communications skills.

Local Cost The total amount of the local cost is $ 3800 CDN, including the application fee, 3-week passes for local public transportation, airport transportation, lodging, administration, tuition fees, study material and local meal allowance during the course period. Please note that the cost does not include Canadian visa application fees, air tickets, insurance fees and local tours. Extra fees will be charged for arrival before July 23th or departure after August 14th if applicable.
