The Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative
celebrates its 20th anniversary!
HOMEOWNERSHIP COLLABORATIVE
The Collaborative supports and promotes homebuyer education by providing technical assistance and training to non-profit, homebuyer counseling agencies.
The Collaborative offers a “Seal of Approval” for homebuyer counseling agencies that meet best practices and minimum standards.
Currently, 52 agencies hold a Seal of Approval and serve about 18,000 homeowners annually!

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS GROUP
Monthly Brown Bag Lunches
Along with the Mel King Institute and MACDC, the group also manages a Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program just completed its 2nd year with 52 participants
We will start our next year of the program in early 2017 and are looking for any interested mentors or mentees to apply!

Municipal Affordable Housing Trusts
Supports the use of local Municipal Affordable Housing Trusts
Collaboration between the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) and CHAPA to allow trustees to share success stories and challenges as well as benefit from each other’s work
To date, 25 members, representing 18 communities, have subscribed
