Purchases may be returned for refund or exchange, within 30 days of purchase, if the product does not appear worn or used, is in resalable condition, and is accompanied by original product packaging, warranties, and instructions.

Before shipping any item for a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions by calling us at (800) 458-4888. Returns brought to our store in person do not require an RA number.

• Refunds for purchases made via cash or check will be refunded via check, which will be mailed to the customer. All other returns may only be processed via the same tender in which the purchase was made. No cash refunds.
