2. Joint Admission Exercise (JAE)
• For students who wish to use their GCE O-Level results to
apply for Junior Colleges (JC), Millennia Institute (MI),
Polytechnics (Poly) or Institute of Technical Education (ITE)
• Registration will open from
3pm on 11 Jan 2017 (Wed) to 4pm on 16 Jan 2017 (Mon)
• Access the internet system
(https://www.moe.gov.sg/admissions/jae) using the
JAE-PIN through your home PC or the school’s PCs
• Applicants are strongly advised to complete every
page within 10 minutes, as the system will “time-out”
after 10 minutes

• Complete the JAE Worksheet before accessing
the JAE-IS to submit your application.

The application is considered successfully submitted
only when the Verification Slip Page appears.
You should print and retain a copy of the Verification
Slip as proof of your course application.
If the Verification Slip Page does not appear after a
prolonged period, you should logout and login again.
If you are unable to receive the Verification Slip after
repeated attempts, you should call MOE-CSC at
6872-2220 during the hotline operating hours for
assistance.
2. Joint Admission Exercise (JAE)
• The posting results of the JAE application will be
released on 2 Feb 2017 (Thurs) through
(a) JAE-IS, which is accessible through the JAE website,
(b) SMS to the mobile phone number provided during
registration
2. Joint Admission Exercise (JAE)
• Applicants posted to JC or MI are to report to their
posted institutions on 3 Feb 2017 (Friday)
• Applicants posted to Poly and ITE will receive a letter
from the respective institutions on the enrolment details.
Internet Access for those without access to personal
computers/internet connection
Internet access and printing facility will be made
available for students’ use in IT Resource Rm 2 Level 1
today from 4pm to 5pm and 12 Jan (Thurs)
from 8am to 4pm
Technical Assistant, Mr Hafis and Mr Afifi will be
stationed to assist you if you encounter difficulties while
using the PCs.
Please come in school uniform and bring your result slip
for identification
Students can seek assistance from Mr Thomas Wan
(67835423 Ext 815) in the school if necessary
3. DIRECT SCHOOL ADMISSION (DSA-JC) /
EARLY ADMISSION EXERCISE (EAE)
Students who are successfully admitted through DSA or
EAE will not be able to participate in the Joint
Admission Exercise
Form A will show if students have been offered a place
through DSA or EAE
Students are to report to the institution on the same day
as those students taking part in the JAE.
4. Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP)
• Sec 4NA students who are eligible for the PFP will receive a
copy of Form P
• The Form P contains a unique password for online application
via https://pfp.polytechnic.edu.sg/PFP/pfp_application.html
• Application will open from 2pm, 11 Jan 2017 (Wed) to
4pm, 16 Jan 2017 (Mon)
• Results will be released at 2pm 19 Jan 2017 (Thurs) through
the PFP website. Students are required to indicate whether
they wish to accept, reject or appeal for a change of course by
4pm, 22 Jan 2017 (Sun)
5. Direct Entry Scheme to Poly (DPP)
• Application will open from 2.30pm, 11 Jan 2017 (Wed) to
11.59pm, 16 Jan 2017 (Mon)
• Eligible students should submit their applications online via
http://www.ite.edu.sg/wps/portal/intake/
• Results will be released from 9pm, 19 Jan 2017 (Thurs)
through the DPP application portal. Students are required to
indicate whether they wish to accept, reject or appeal for a
change of course by 11.59pm, 22 Jan 2017 (Sun)
• Successful applicants should report to ITE on 23 Jan 2017, Mon
upon acceptance of their DPP course offer.
6. APPEAL FOR REVIEW OF RESULTS
If you have strong grounds, please see Mr
Thomas Wan before you leave today.
Please note that a fee of $112.35 will be
charged by SEAB per subject.
Closing date and payment of appeal fees
is 17 Jan (Tue)
7. APPLICATION TO REPEAT 4E/5NA
Students who wish to repeat 4E/5NA, please obtain the application form from the General Office today. Form must be submitted to the General Office by 18 Jan 2017 (Wed)
Those who wish to repeat 4E/5NA after the release of the JAE posting results, please obtain the form from the General Office and submit it to the General Office by 9 Feb 2017 (Thurs)
