Curriculum Fulfillment for Specialist in (IROM) IROM 203: AAOM International IROM Workshop-I: Guadalajara, Mexicoa. IROM 203 is another Intermediate-level Prolotherapy

educational course & medical mission which takes place in Guadalajara, Mexico – typically in November of each year.

b. Like Cancun, this course is designed to give each physician-learner a direct, high-volume, hands-on treatment experience with live patients, in a controlled and supervised manner. Each learner should expect to treat at least 50 patients.

c. Our host visit and Clinic Coordinator in Guadalajara is Jesus Gonzalez, MD.

d. The clinic site used in Guadalajara is Hospital Civil Antiqua and is a fully accredited.

e. There are a limited number of physician-learners admitted to IROM 203 such that the maximum student to instructor ratio is 4:1.

f. The pre-requisites for IROM 203 are:i. Be an active member of the AAOM in good standing; AND…ii. Have taken the Denver Cadaver Workshop (IROM 200),

or prior participation within the last 5 years of any AAOM international workshop, or prior participation within the last 5 years of >1week of any international HHPF Prolotherapy trip.

Curriculum Fulfillment for Specialist in (IROM)IROM 303: AAOM Advanced-III: US-guided Prolotherapy of the Lower Extremity: Guadalajara, Mexicoa. The IROM 303 course is designed for the learner who is interested

in increasing the accuracy of her Prolotherapy injections of the hip, groin, knee, ankle and foot, and/or preparing for more accurate placement of “more advanced” IROM procedures, such as PRP and stem cells.

b. The physician-learner will be instructed with no more than 4:1 student to instructor ratio.

c. Will be required to perform US-guided Dextrose-Prolotherapy injections on a minimum of 20 patients, under the supervision of the faculty.

d. Course is limited to 8 physician-learners. Cancellation PolicyRequests for refunds must be submitted in writing before October 15, 2016. Your re¬fund less a 20% processing fee will be mailed to you after the AAOM Mexico Workshop. No refunds will be granted after October 15, 2016 for Guadalajara unless a replacement can be found to take your place at the Workshop, and then the above Cancellation Policy will apply.
