Dear Colleague,

We invite you to participate in our annual scientific meeting of the Indiana Chapter of the American College of Physicians, being held November 10 - 12, 2016 at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel, in Carmel, IN.

This meeting is not just for ACP members. We particularly want to invite nonmembers to join us for this important clinical update and to learn about the benefits of membership at the same time.

Attending this meeting gives you the opportunity to earn up to 6.5 CME credits for the main meeting and up to 6 credits for the SEP modules (2 per module), and 2 for the ultrasound workshop. In addition, by attending this meeting you will:

• Gain insight into recent medical advances.

• Discuss local and national issues affecting the practice and teaching of internal medicine.

• Greet old friends, meet new friends, and develop a network of colleagues in your area.

To ensure your place at this invaluable meeting, visit our Chapter website at https://www.acponline.org/about-acp/chapters-regions/united-states/indiana-chapter/news-meetings and register online. If you would prefer, you can complete the registration form at the back of this brochure and send it in today. The opportunities available at this meeting will help you meet not only your needs as a physician, but also the needs of the patients you serve.

We look forward to seeing you in Indianapolis.

Sincerely,

Brad Allen, MD, PhD, FACPACP Indiana Chapter Governor

Kapil Mehta, MD, FACP2016 Program Chair
