WEAPON CHECK-INS

Check-ins will take place on Saturday, February 27th. Please see below for a detailed timeline.

7:00 a.m. French Field House open, mask check open

7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. Men’s Foil and Women’s Epee check-in

8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Men’s Sabre check-in

10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Men’s Epee, Women’s Foil, and Women’s Sabre check in

ENTRY FEES

The 2016 Midwest Conference Championship entry fees will be as follows:

$25 – individuals$50 – teams

All entries must be paid in full by Saturday, February 27th. Please may checks payable to The Ohio State

University. Cash or check may be accepted upon team arrivals. Teams may mail in their entry fee in

advance to Ericka Hoon, please see page __11_ for further mailing instructions.

HOSPITALITY

A hospitality room will be available to coaches and working staff. Beverages and light snacks will be

provided throughout each day of competition.

LOCKER ROOMS

Locker rooms will be made available to the student-athletes during competition between French Field

House and St. John Arena.

MEDIA & SPORTS INFORMATION

Live scoring of all bouts will be available, with updated results on OhioStateBuckeyes.com at the

conclusion of each round. Complete results will be sent out to each SID following the completion of each

day.

Parking for teams, staff and guests will be available for free in the south French Field House lot, just off of

Woody Hayes Drive.
