PATTY ADAMS (Head Judge – Hip Hop; Panel Judge - Team Performance, Jazz, Pom) Patty Adams has enjoyed a career in dance for over 30 years, allowing her to experience a wide field of creative arenas. From dance performance ensembles and musical theater to education and curriculum development, her knowledge base is extensive. Patty’s primary focus has been in the area of hip hop choreography and team preparation for competitive dance events. She has consistently led teams to top ten placements, as well as numerous championships and innovative choreography awards. Having coached at the High School, College and All-Star levels, Adams has a clear understanding of the type and quality of educational feedback that competitive programs value. She currently serves as a Head Judge for NDA, UDA, and The Groove Experience. Adams has been fortunate enough to have been a member of the Hip Hop judging panel at the USASF Worlds since 2013 and recently was named Hip Hop Co-Director for the 2016 Worlds event. In addition to being a member of the USASF Judges Education Committee, she serves as a Keynote Speaker, Dance Library author and Mentor for USASF Dance. When not speaking at

conferences or judging events, Adams and her husband enjoy helping children with special needs reach their goals through therapeutic horseback riding at their farm in the mountains of North Carolina.

MICHELLE ALLISON (Head Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom) Michelle Allison is the Artistic Director of Curtain Call Studio for Performing Arts, Indianapolis, IN. Received a B.S. in Dance Performance from Ball State University. Michelle directs both the Sr. Performing Company and also the annual production of The Nutcracker at Curtain Call where she develops curriculum and continuing education. She has judged The Dance Worlds since the inaugural year and is currently the Category Director for Jazz and Director of Dance Curriculum for the USASF. Since 2010, Michelle has been choreographer for the Colts NFL Cheerleader auditions and halftime shows. She has been a guest judge/master instructor with JCDA Tokyo, Japan, for seven years and is a veteran judge of CheerSport, Spirit of Hope, MA Dance, The Groove Experience, UDA College Dance Nationals, NFL Colts and Ben-Gals. She spent 13 years teaching for the National Dance Alliance, choreographed and field produced numerous bowl games and nationally televised parades and has judged NDA Regionals, Dance, All-Star and College Nationals since 1992.

SARAH MILLER BATE (Safety Judge) Sarah has studied dance for over 25 years and received a dual BA degree in Dance and Education from Old Dominion University. She was a 4-time NDA High School All-American and a 3-time NDA Collegiate All-American. Throughout college she worked as a Head Instructor for NDA and after college danced with Norfolk based modern dance companies. She performed with choreographer Amanda Kinzer’s dance group in NC, KY, Hampton Roads and in NYC for various International Dance Festivals. Sarah’s choreographic experience includes working with dancers for the Orange Bowl halftime show in 2004 and serving as the Assistant Show Director for the halftime show at the Hula Bowl in Maui in 2005 and 2006. She has been judging at the national level for over a decade and has been USASF Safety Certified since the inception of the program. Sarah discovered Pilates, became a 3

rd generation Classical

Pilates teacher and has taught at Studio Body Logic in northern Virginia for over 9 years, working with Olympic athletics and dancers in the Washington Ballet.

BRIAN CAO (Panel Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom, Hip Hop) Brian Cao has been involved in the spirit industry for the last 22 years as a cheerleader, dancer, instructor, adjudicator, coach and choreographer on the school, all-star, collegiate and professional levels. He has been affiliated with the National Cheerleaders Association and National Dance Alliance for the past 20 years, and is a 2-Time Top Head Instructor in the Nation, and Herkie Legacy Award winner. Brian’s dance resume includes performing with several dance companies in the Portland area such as Urban Shock, Portland Dance Company, Unseen, h2A, Connex7 and The Detail. Brian was also a member of the NBA Portland Trailblazers Jam Squad. Outside of choreography, he travels the nation judging for major cheer and dance events within Varsity Brands, and for The Dance Worlds.

DONNI FRAZIER (Safety Judge) Donni is currently the Talent Manager for the Atlanta Hawks. A Florida native, she joined the Hawks organization in 2004 and since that time, she has managed the Atlanta Hawks Cheerleaders, Jr. Hawks Cheerleaders, Hawks Spirit Squad, A-Team Dancers, as well as the Atlanta Thrashers Blue Crew. Donni is a graduate of University of Florida, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications. A lifelong dancer, Donni began dancing and performing at the age of 5. She studied ballet, tap, jazz and modern. At the University of Florida, Donni was a 2-year member of the Dazzlers Dance Team. Within a year of graduation, she took over the helm becoming the coach of the Dazzlers. She later became the coordinator of the University of Florida Spirit Program, coordinating and coaching the dancers, cheerleaders and mascots for 9 years before heading to

Atlanta.

DAN GIBSON (Panel Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom, Hip Hop) A Georgia native, Daniel has been dancing professionally since he graduated from the University of Georgia. Some of his formal training came from Gotta Dance Atlanta and the Joel Hall Dance Center where he trained in African, hip-hop, jazz, modern, tap, ballet, and breakdance. He continued his training in capoeira, acrobatics, and contemporary dance when he was asked to be a company member for Chicago’s daring fusion company, Chicago Dance Crash. Daniel opened his career with a national tour with 13th Floor Performing Arts, where he was a featured performer and choreographer. He then moved to Chicago where he has been fortunate to perform for Culture Shock Chicago, Chicago Dance Crash, the Seldoms, 5 Star Boogie, Elephant Filmworks, the Oprah Winfrey Show, Johnny Dangerous, and Kid Sister with Kanye West. In 2012, Daniel became a senior

company member with Chicago Dance Crash and has worked with such choreographers as Jon Lehrer, Stephanie Martinez, Nick Pulpillo, and Jessica Deahr. Daniel has been fortunate to teach dance workshops to the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders Training Program and speak at dance conferences such as USASF’s coaches and judges training event. He also is a four time The Dance Worlds Hip-Hop Panel judge selectee.

JILL HALLER (Panel Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom) Jill is the current Director of Dance at Magnificat High School in Rocky, River, Ohio. She has created multiple educational dance programs and has written dance curriculum for the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland and Toledo. She is also currently a USASF Dance Worlds adjudicator, as well as a contributor and project manager for the Dance Education Board with USASF. Haller is originally from southern California, where she received her BA in Theatre and Choreography from Concordia University. She has choreographed over 40 professional and pre-professional musicals, including work with a musical outreach program with Disney affiliates. In 2006, Jill received a Senate Resolution from the State of Ohio for her outstanding work in dance art and education. She has received numerous awards for her musical theatre choreography in Los Angeles, and throughout her competition dance coaching career. In 2010, Jill received the Lifetime Achievement Award from AmeriDance for her work as a coach and mentor to the dance teams at Magnificat.

CHRISTINA LEONE (Panel Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom, Hip Hop) Christina Leone is currently in her 12

th year of coaching high school poms at Rock

Canyon HS just outside of Denver, CO. Her teams have earned numerous regional and state titles, are UDA National finalists and 2x Academic State Champions. In 2015, Christina was named a National winner of the Positive Coaching Alliance's Double-Goal Coach Award. Christina grew up as competitive figure skater while also training in dance before joining her high school & college dance teams. She spent four years directing a competitive All-Star dance program and began judging in 2007. She has judged the USASF Dance Worlds and the Varsity Dance Summit, as well as National Championships at the High School, All-Star, & Collegiate levels for UDA, NDA, USA, Jamfest and Jamfest Japan. Christina is an avid fan of the Denver Broncos and loves spending time with her husband & two daughters.

ANDREA MASTERS (Head Judge – Hip Hop; Panel Judge - Team Performance, Jazz, Pom) Andrea Masters has been instructing in the dance industry for 27 years. She is currently the Assistant Coach of the University of Kentucky Dance Team which is 5th

in the nation in Hip Hop at UDA. She has also been the Dance Director for an All Star Dance Program for the past 16 years, winning many national titles. Andrea danced for the University of Kentucky Wildcat Danzers who were 1995 NDA National Dance Champions. She then went on to coach the Wildcat Danzers for six years. Andrea has been a UDA Instructor, as well as an NDA College Instructor. She currently choreographs for many national winning programs in the country and is a judge for National events as well as Worlds.

SARAH MCALLISTER (Panel Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom) Sarah is an adjudicator at the national level for the National Dance Alliance, the Universal Dance Association and the United Spirit Association. She has trained in all types of dance and was a multiple award winning high school dance team coach from 2006-2012. During that time, Sarah lead her team to two national titles, consecutive top three finishes, and has been recognized for her innovative choreography in Pom. Other achievements include choreography for Legoland entertainment and coaching at San Diego State University. Sarah is currently a choreographer for NDA curriculum and other local high school teams.

ANASTASIA MILLER (Panel Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom, Hip Hop) Anastasia is a former graduate and dance team captain from The Ohio State University. Upon graduating with her degree in Marketing, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a business career in the entertainment industry. For the next 14 years, Anastasia became a talent representative booking choreographers, dancers, actors, athletes, and models in feature films, television, commercials, music videos, Broadway productions, and world artist tours. She was a senior agent at BLOC Talent Agency LA for 8 years and then took over BLOC NYC through 2008. After many years with BLOC, Anastasia became the Director of Choreography/Dance/ and Commercial Departments at Clear Talent Group NYC. Most recently, Anastasia has joined the team at Inside Publications as Associate Publisher; she enjoys having the opportunity to extend her experience as an entertainment professional with the launch of the all-access magazine titled INSIDE DANCE. Anastasia is the Outreach Director for USASF Dance and also continues her role as Hip Hop Director for Dance Worlds. You can also find her speaking at numerous dance & talent conventions across the US and internationally.

CHERYL PAQUETTE (Head Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom; Panel Judge – Hip Hop) Cheryl has been involved in the dance industry for over 20 years. She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz and pointe and spent 6 years as a company member with Gateway Ballet Co. in St. Louis, MO. She is a former NFL St. Louis Rams Cheerleader and NBA Dallas Mavericks Dancer, was choreographer and head instructor for the National Dance Alliance and spent 7 years as their Event Producer and Curriculum Director. In addition, Cheryl has choreographed and field produced numerous special event half time shows. She serves as an NDA Head Judge and member of their Score Sheet, Rule Book and Judges Training Committees. Currently, Cheryl is the USASF Dance Adjudication Director, Executive Board member, and Secretary for the Dance Sanctioning and Worlds Advisory Committees. Cheryl enjoys judging for many national and international Event Producers including NDA, UDA, CheerSport, The Groove, JAMZ, America’s Best, Japan Cheer and Dance Association, and Australian All-Star Cheerleading and Dance Federation.

SHELLY RIVET (Panel Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom, Hip Hop) Shelly Rivet was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Throughout her dance career she was highly competitive in her dance studio where she has won numerous team and individual awards. After graduating from high school, she immediately began working with NDA on both the High School and Collegiate level teaching camps across the nation, as well as working on the High School and Collegiate curriculum staff. Shelly moved to Wichita, KS, to pursue a higher education on a full paid scholarship where she graduated from Wichita State University Magna Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in Dance. Shelly recently traveled to Tokyo, Japan where she judged and taught with the Japan Cheer Dance Association. Currently, Shelly is an active judge, instructor and choreographer for dance teams, studios and pageant programs through the state of Louisiana. Shelly continues to develop her dance education by attending dance conventions and participating in classes of higher education to maintain with today’s dance industry.

MEREDITH WALKER (Legality Official) Meredith is the Dance Director of Rules and Safety for USASF. Originally from Lexington, KY, she danced at the University of Kentucky and worked as an NDA high school and collegiate camp instructor and choreographer for many years. After college, Meredith continued to work in the industry coaching and choreographing for nationally recognized high school and collegiate programs. Today, Meredith judges all-star, high school and collegiate dance competitions across the nation.

JARRIN ROLLE WARREN (Panel Judge – Hip Hop) Jarrin Rolle Warren has been in the dance industry for over 30 years. She is a recognized dance coach, instructor, and choreographer with works ranging from Pee Wee to Collegiate and Professional. She has judged for numerous dance companies and competitions Nationally and Internationally and has received choreography awards in hip hop, pom and jazz. Some of Jarrin’s accomplishments include: Dance Performance Assistant of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Half Time Performance Coordinator/Choreographer for the New Jersey Nets, Dance Camp Instructor/Choreographer Japan, Dance Assistant for the Aloha Bowl Hawaii, Production Assistant of a Thanksgiving in Paris France, and now a 5

WANDA BROWN WEIR (Panel Judge – Team Performance, Jazz, Pom, Hip Hop) Wanda Brown Weir is the former 3-year Director/Choreographer of the NBA Washington Wizards Dance Team. Prior to joining the Wizards Dance Team as a dancer in 2003, Wanda was a member of the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders for two years. Wanda worked as an instructor and head instructor for Universal Dance Association for seven years while also working as a territory manager for UDA and sales representative with Varsity Spirit Fashion. Wanda is also the former captain/choreographer of the fourteen-time national champion Towson University Dance Team and former coach of the George Washington University “First Ladies” Dance Team. For over ten years, Wanda has judged for many local, state and national competitions including UDA’s National High School, All-Star and Collegiate Championships, The Dance Worlds, and NDA High School, All-Star and Collegiate Dance Nationals. Currently, Wanda is the Operations Manager for Tippi Toes Dance and the Owner/Creative Director for Premier Dance DC.
