NHPA Sponsorship opportunities

All sponsors of all levels will be recognized in the NHPA’s online magazine, NEWSLINE, which is

distributed to all members through email and freely available on the internet.

WORLD TOURNAMENT RELATED SPONSORSHIPS

WORLD TOURNAMENT NAMING SPONSOR (ONLY ONE AVAILABLE) Must commit

by April 15 for inclusion in 2016 World Tournament program book.

As the World Tournament sponsor, your company’s name/logo would be included on souvenir

merchandise, in all press releases, on banners in numerous locations around the tournament site, on the

backdrop of all group and awards photos, on NHPA website and visible on all webcam feeds. The

tournament would be named as such: YOUR COMPANY’S 2016 NHPA WORLD HORSESHOE PITCHING

CHAMPIONSHIPS

One year contract - $25,000; two year contract - $40,000; three year contract - $60,000. Contract will

be re-negotiated at end of designated term.

SCROLLING RESULTS WEBCAM SPONSOR - $500 per day; $5,000 for entire tournament (13

days)

(The webcam displaying this leaderboard on the worldwide web received 50,000 unique hits during the

2015 World Tournament.)

Company name/logo will be added to the scrolling results monitor and can be seen by all on site, as well

as all who view this monitor via the live webcam.

WEBCAM SPONSOR - $500 per camera for duration of event

Each webcam may have a sponsor, whose name/logo will be displayed on that camera to be seen by all

who view the world tournament via that medium.

BANNER SPONSOR

FENCE BANNERS AT WORLD (UNLIMITED)

Company name/logo will be displayed on the dividing fences on the playing courts and will be visible on

webcams. (number and size of banners to be determined by amount of sponsorship provided)

$100 for banners less than 2 feet; $200 for banners 2 to 4 feet; $500 for banners over 4 feet.

AWARDS SPONSOR

W.T. CHAMPIONSHIP PRIZE FUND (GIRLS, BOYS, CADETS)

By sponsoring the Junior Championship prize fund, company name/logo will be displayed at tournament

site, as well as stated in announcements and press releases. Banners will be hung on fence during junior

competition to be seen on webcam broadcasts.

Junior Cadets - $1,000; Junior Girls - $2,000; Junior Boys - $3,000; All Junior Divisions - $5,500

W.T. ADULT CHAMPS’ PRIZE MONEY (MEN, WOMEN, ELDERS, SENIOR MEN & WOMEN)

By sponsoring adult championship payouts, company name/logo will be displayed at tournament site, as

well as sited in announcements and press releases. Banners will be hung on fence during championship

competition to be seen on webcam broadcasts.

Championship prize funds can be sponsored as follows:

Men - $12,000; Women - $12,000; Elders - $10,500; Sr. Men - $5,700; Sr. Women - $2,600

TROPHIES - $100 per class

Class trophy sponsors will be announced during awards ceremony for that class and a label will be

attached to the trophies for the sponsored class.

You have the opportunity to select the class you wish to sponsor, provided that class does not already

have a sponsor.

DAILY SHOE SPONSOR (NINE DAYS AVAILABLE) $100 per day; $700 for all nine days

Company logo/add printed in Daily Shoe newsletter and distributed onsite. Name will be mentioned in

announcements and a banner (provided by sponsor) will be displayed at newsletter distribution site.

Each issue is also posted on NHPA website.

CLASS RESULTS SPONSOR

$500 to sponsor all printouts for the entire tournament. (Every competitor will receive one)

Sponsors name printed on the results that are handed out at the completion of each class’s competition.

WEBSITE RESULTS - $100 per day; $1,000 for entire tournament

Website banner stating daily results sponsor will be displayed with link.

HOF BANQUET SPONSOR - $5,000 entire banquet

MEAL – Plaque will be displayed at buffet table.

AWARDS – Label will be attached to back of plaques, and sponsors will be announced during

presentation of each award.

RED CARPET – Sponsor’s banner (provided by sponsor) will be displayed on red carpet and will

appear in all photos.

NON-WORLD TOURNAMENT RELATED SPONSORSHIPS

SANCTIONED LEAGUE SPONSOR

PATCHES –$4,750 annual sponsorship

Sponsor patches that are distributed around the country for league accomplishments. Recognition will

be sent with patches, as well as listed on website and in Newsline magazine.

JUNIOR SCHOLARSHIPS –$2,000 annual sponsorship

Sponsor scholarships that are awarded annually to junior scholars. Sponsors will be recognized on

website, in Newsline magazine, and on scholarship certificates.

OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

NEWSLINE SPONSOR – $1,200 annual sponsorship

Sponsor the online newsletter. Sponsor will be recognized in every issue of the magazine.

WEBSITE SPONSOR – $150 annual sponsorship

Sponsorship will be displayed on main horseshoepitching.com web page.

FORUM SPONSOR – $150 annual sponsorship

Sponsorship will be displayed on main forum page.

TOURNAMENT PATCH SPONSOR –$9,000 annual sponsorship

Sponsor will pay for the production of tournament and class champion patches that are distributed

across the country throughout the horseshoe pitching season.

MEMBERSHIP CARD SPONSOR - $500 PER YEAR - For the cost of printing membership cards, the

sponsor’s logo would be printed on the back of all NHPA membership cards for the sponsored

membership year. (This could include an offer or discount for NHPA members, if desired.)
