A.Research Paper Eligibility

1. The contest shall be limited to research studies completed byChemical Engineering undergraduate students within January 1,2015 to December 1, 2015.

2. Chemical Engineering undergraduate students !including thosethat ha"e graduated already# who ha"e conducted their researchwor$s !in the co"ered period# in the uni"ersities and institutionso% the &hilippines and endorsed by their respecti"eChairpersons'(eads are eligible to participate and compete.

. &apers and posters should ha"e not been e)hibited pre"iously atthe &*C(E+-C, egional ' /ational and *nternational esearch

&oster Congresses.. &aper and poster displays should be the original wor$ o% the

participating e)hibitors.

B. Applicati! Prcess

1. The e)ecuti"e summary o% the research study with a ma)imumo% pages !e)cluding the re%erences section# must beelectronically submitted to the current &*ChE /ationalndergraduate esearch Contest Chair with e+mail addresses3

allannsoriano4yahoo.com ' ansoriano4mapua.edu.ph. ollowthe guidelines %or the E)ecuti"e 6ummary pro"ided in 6ection D.The 7rgani8er has the right to dis9uali%y entries that do not%ollow the suggested %ormat.

2. Deadline %or submission o% E)ecuti"e 6ummary will be on 15December 2015.

The chosen papers %or poster e)hibits during the &*ChE /ationalCon"ention must comply with the %ollowing rules and guidelines

highlights o% the research study in &ower&oint %ormat. -snapshot or slide o% the research poster is re9uired in thepresentation. The &ower&oint ;le must be submitted aday be%ore the presentation.
