Spikesnolongerthen¼”(9mm),withpyramidspikesbeingpreferred,mustbewornonthetrackforallevents.Athleteswhosespikesarefoundtobetoolongwillnotbepermittedtocompeteusingthosespikes.SAFETY RULES
Inanefforttoconductasafeandqualitymeetforallparticipants,noheadphones,cellphonesorradioswillbepermittedinsidethecompetitionareas.Thesedevicescanpresentasafetyriskforcompetitorsduetohavingseveraleventscompetingsimultaneouslyinthevenue.Pleasenotifyyourathletesinadvancethattheycanonlyusetheseitemsoutsidethecompetitionareas.FACILITY ACCESS
