2016 UEFA EURO Host Cities

France is a country where you can experience culinary adventures, cultural awakenings, artistic rendezvous and historic walks, all in a single day. All of these things, the food, the culture, the art and the history are woven together to create a unique experience for all those who journey to this beautiful country. Since being awarded the honour of hosting the Euro 2016 tournament, France has been eagerly anticipating the arrival of fans and teams alike. Spread across ten beautiful cities, and ten of France’s best stadiums, the country is sure to be putting its past experience as a Euro host, not to mention World Cup host, to use to ensure they put on the most thrilling Euro in history. The host cities of this Euro will include:

BORDEAUX – STADE DE BORDEAUXBordeaux is one of the most well-known French cities outside of Paris and Nice, and is famous for the wine that this region has grown and distributed around the world for hundreds of years. However, Bordeaux is not just known for its wine, but also its passion for the game of soccer, having supplied the French national team with the most World Cup players than any other club. The city’s brand new multi-purpose venue, Stade de Bordeaux opened in 2015, replacing its predecessor as the home for the FC Girondinsde Bordeaux. The stadium boasts a roof supported by thin poles that give the appearance at a floating roof with impressive results. State de Bordeaux will host four group stage matches during the Euro 2016 as well as one quarterfinal match. After the Euro, the stadium will continue to act as a major sports, entertainment and cultural event venue for the region.

LENS – STADE BOLLAERT-DELELISLens is the heart of the region’s former coal mining basin, it is because of that distinction that this town is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Soccer is a favourite pastime for the locals of Lens, as their stadium, the Stade Bollaert-Delelis can host the entire town with its capacity of 35,000. While the stadium was originally opened in 1933, it has seen a complete rebuild in anticipation of the Euro 2016 while maintaining its status as an iconic French soccer landmark. The stadium is the home to RC Lens and will host three group stage matches and one round-of-16 match during the tournament.

LILLE – STADE PIERRE MAUROYNestled near the Belgian border, Lille has seen more sieges over the centuries than any other city in France which has shaped this unique city. While the city is deeply proud of its French roots, it has also been shaped by these other influences which can be seen through its art, architecture and of course, culture. The city is also very passionate about sports, and while soccer is always a favourite, rugby, basketball and several others can be seen regularly throughout Lille. The Stade Pierre Mauroy was built in 2012, and with a capacity of 50,000 this new venue doubled the capacity for its home team, the LOSC Lille. The stadium features a sleek, modern facade and acts as a regular host for sports, entertainment and cultural events. Lille and the Stade Pierre Mauroy will host four group stage matches, one round-of-16 match and one quarterfinal match for the Euro 2016.

All hotels require a credit card or deposit for incidental charges at time of check-in. Hotels expect departing guests to vacate rooms by 12 noon and arriving guests to check-in later than 3pm to allow for cleaning and maid service. Host hotels do their best to mini-

mize inconvenience and store luggage if you arrive early or need to depart late. Roadtrips reserves the right to substitute confirmed hotels with comparable accommodations at either their own or the hotel’s discretion. Accommodations are subject to availability. Names of travelers staying in the Hotel must be provided to Roadtrips 30 days prior to travel. Late names, or name changes, that occur inside 30 days of travel will be charged a $50.00/room fee. Late names, or name changes, that occur inside 14 days of travel will be charged a $75.00/room fee.

TICKETS Unless stated otherwise, Roadtrips is not and does not hold itself out to be the official ticket box office for the events in any travel package. Upon payment of the deposit, traveler acknowledges that Roadtrips often pays a premium to obtain tickets to sold out events and that Roadtrips ac-cesses tickets from a variety of sources that may or may not include the official ticket sales chan-nel and secondary ticket market sources. Traveler hereby gives permission to Roadtrips to use its best judgment and experience and all available ticket sources to provide the tickets included in the travel package. In the event that Roadtrips is not able to provide tickets ordered, or a reasonably comparable alternative, Roadtrips will reimburse the traveler an amount equal to the amount paid by the traveler for the tickets purchased but not delivered. This reimbursement will constitute the full and final extent of Roadtrips obligation to the traveler in respect to the non-delivery and any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising there from. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS Traveler’s authorization to use his credit card number for deposit and/or final payments indicates his complete compliance with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not traveler has actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization of traveler’s credit card confirms traveler’s reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and Electronic Funds Transfer are all acceptable forms of payments. All payments made by check should be made payable to Roadtrips, Inc. Some credit card companies may impose a “Foreign Transaction Fee” even though your transaction is denominated in U.S. dollars. This is an arbitrary fee that occurs in a small number of cases and accrues entirely to the credit card–issuing bank. Roadtrips does not control these bank-imposed fees nor does Roadtrips derive any benefit from them, monetary or otherwise; we are therefore unable to accept responsibility for the fees. PAYMENT RULES Please refer to the event specific payment schedules at www.roadtrips.com and/or in Roadtrips marketing documents. The initial deposit payment can be made by wire transfer, bank check, or credit card. All subsequent payments of $10,000 or more must be made by wire transfer, bank check, or personal check. All Credit Card payments greater than $10,000.00, with the exception of the initial deposit, are subject to a credit card processing fee of 2.65%. This fee covers our costs of processing these transactions. Late payments are subject to a late payment fee of 2.5% of the total outstanding balance of the invoice. This fee is automatically assessed at the point where a payment is past due. Payments that are more than 14 days in arrears are subject to immediate cancellation of the entire invoice with no refund. AIRLINE RESERVATIONS AND CHANGES Roadtrips has no affiliation with any airline. Any airline reservations done on a traveler’s behalf by Roadtrips are subject to the applicable airline rules and regulations, changes and cancellation poli-cies.
