Waite Park Police: Stolen Wallet from Delivered Package

12/23/2016 - A rose colored RFID wallet was taken from a UPS package that was delivered to a home on the 800 blk of 5th Ave S.

Information has been received from other agencies that packages are being stolen. Please have someone sign for the delivery or have them sent to an address where someone can accept the package.

2012 24 foot Ice Castle fish house stolen.

Sauk Rapids Police: Dollar Tree Robbery

On 12/13/2016 at about 10:00pm, at the Dollar Tree store, at 10 Benton Drive South, in the City of Sauk Rapids, a male wearing a cold weather face mask entered the store and threatened the workers with a hand gun. The suspect took and undisclosed amount of money and fled the store.

The Sauk Rapids Police Department is request that if anyone has any information regarding this crime to contact them at 320-258-5341.

WEEK OF DECEMBER 5, 2016

St. Cloud Police: Burglary

On 12/11/16 at 7:20 p.m. officers responded to a report of a robbery at the Super America located in the 1200 Block of 32nd Avenue North. Upon arrival officers determined that an unknown male had entered the store displaying a handgun and demanding money from the lone male clerk working the counter area. The suspect was described as a black male approximately 5 feet 11 inches or taller, weighing approximately 170-180 pounds, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, dark jeans, and athletic shoes. The suspect left the store on foot in a Northerly direction with an undisclosed amount of cash. No customers were inside the store at the time of the robbery.

On Monday, December 5, 2016 at 20:15 hours, Sauk Rapids Police responded to a complaint of a robbery. A 48 yoa male Sauk Rapids resident walking in the 1600-1700 block of 2nd Av N, reports that he was confronted by a male suspect that demanded his wallet, then struck him and took a few dollars from his pants pocket, when he fell to the ground. The suspect fled from the area.The victim walked to a nearby convenience store and called the police.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5'9" tall, medium build, wearing a gray hoodie and baggy sweat pants. Sauk Rapids Police are asking if anyone has any information about this crime to contact them.

Someone threw a large rock through the window of a business on the 100 blk of Division Street in Waite Park. Nothing appeared to be missing from the business.

Stearns County Sheriff: Burglary St Augusta

On 12/2/2016 at 1748 hrs officers responded to a burglary on the 23000 blk of 43rd Ave in St Augusta. Taken from the home was a Westinghouse 55 in flat screen tv and several firearms. The firearms were described as follows

Big Lake Police: Vehicle Windows Shot Out

Over the past couple of weeks, the Big Lake Police Department has responded to multiple vehicle windows which have been shot out with a pellet or BB gun. In one instance, the vehicle owner was sitting in the vehicle when this occurred.

There are two suspect vehicles, a blue/green Chevrolet Equinox and what appears to be an early 2000 era Toyota Corolla.

The City of Monticello has also experienced multiple similar incidents.

St Cloud Police: Hit and Run

11/29/16 1324 hrs

at 1570 East St Germain a hit and run occurred with a parked vehicle. The suspect vehicle has licence plate 671 RHJ and should have substantial front right damage.

Rice Police Dept: Stolen Nissan Pickup

On 11/22/16 a 2010 black Nissan Pickup MN plate 471 DYD was stolen in the City of Rice. The pickup has a black tonneau cover and a dent on the front passenger side bumper.

Sartell Police Department: Burglary

On November 20, 2016, officers were dispatched for a break in. Upon arrival officers met with the complainant. The man stated his family arrived home around 4:30pm and noticed that their front window on the southwest corner of their home was ajar. The complainant stated they walked through the home and noticed items and cash missing. Officers were able to obtain a print from the window and took photos of footprints in the snow around the home.

On 11/16/2016 at 1745 hrs officers were called to a report of a wallet stolen out of a purse while the complainant worked out at a gym on 2nd St S. Two female suspects entered the gym and took the wallet and then proceeded to make purchases on the stolen cards along with a male suspect. On 11-07-16, during the early morning hours, a suspect entered a gravel pit in the 1900 block of 2nd St SE, just east of St. Cloud. The suspect cut and removed the wiring from a conveyor belt machine. The suspect started a fire in the gravel pit to burn the plastic insulation off the wiring so that it could be sold for scrap metal. A possible suspect vehicle was seen leaving the area. The vehicle is described as an older red GMC pickup being driven by a white male wearing an orange shirt and orange bandana.

Waite Park Police: Stolen Motorbikes, Tools, etc

On 11/5/16 a burglary was reported that occurred on the 500 blk of 10th Ave S. Taken were 3 motorbikes, 1 tool box, tools, camping chairs and stands for the bikes.

Waite Park Police: Burglary

On 11/3/16 a burglary was reported on the 100 blk of 6th Ave S. No forced entry was noticed, but missing from the home was cash, 48" Samsung flat screen tv and wall mount and a PS4.

Waite Park Police: Theft from Vehicle

On 11/2/16 a theft was reported from a vehicle that occurred on the 2400 blk of 2nd St S. Taken from the vehicles were 2 stereos, 1 Alpine cassette player and 1 Pioneer CD player.

Waite Park Police: Stolen Batteries and Rims

On 11/1/16 a report was made regarding the theft of 5 batteries and 2 aluminum rims from a business on the 400 blk of 33rd Ave S. The theft happened on 10/30/16 around 6:15 am. The suspects are described as 2 males driving a white older car.

WEEK OF OCTOBER 24, 2016

St. Cloud Police: Robbery

On 10/28/16 at 12:57 am officers responded to a report of a robbery in the 1100 block of St Germain Street West. Upon arrival officers met with a 32 year old male victim from Albertville and a 45 year old male victim from Monticello. The investigation revealed that the victims were walking eastbound in the 1100 block of Wet St Germain at which time they were approached by a lone male suspect. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded their

belongings. The victims turned over some personal property at which time the suspect fled the area on foot. Neither victim was injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as a black male approximately 20-30 years of age standing about 5’6” – 5’9” tall, medium build, with a thin goatee, wearing dark clothing.

Responding officers set up a perimeter and conducted a K9 track however the suspect was not able to be located.

Benton County Sheriff: Stolen Trailers

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating two stolen trailers. During the early morning hours of 10-18-16 two trailers were stolen from a residence in the 5400 block of 105th Ave NE in Gilmanton Township. Stolen was a black 2003 Pick’s Welding brand skid steer trailer with fold up ramps, MN license CMT8375, and a 2003 Felling brand 14 foot dump trailer, MN license CLT6431. Two suspect vehicles were seen in the area and were both described as pickup truck. One truck was noted to be louder than the other.

Stearns County Sheriff: Stolen Orange Harley Motorcycle

On 10/16/16, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a stolen motorcycle in Fairhaven Twp. The owner reported between the hours of midnight and 10:00AM on October 16th 2016 the 2014 Orange Harley Davidson Street Glide MN# 43820MH was taken from his front yard. The motorcycle has custom aftermarket accessories. The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating the motorcycle.

WEEK OF OCTOBER 10, 2016

Sherburne County Sheriff: Stolen Artic Cat ATV

On October 16, 2016 at approximately 1550 hours the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a ATV being stolen. The ATV was last seen at 10:00 hours on October 15. It was also determined that the key for the ATV was in possession of the owner. We do not have any pictures or suspects. The neighbor’s dogs were heard barking around 0200 hours on October 16. The ATV that was stolen was a 2006 - Artic Cat – Green/Green – MN Plate 953UU

10/11/2016- A red Chrysler PT Cruiser was stolen from the driveway of a home on the 200 blk of 12th Ave N. The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were inside the vehicle.

On 10/10/2016 at 9:58 p.m. officers responded to a report of a robbery in the 300 block of 6th Avenue South. Upon arrival officers met with two victims identified as 18 year old and 19 year old males from Bemidji. The investigation revealed that the victims had agreed to meet two acquaintances at the apartment complex at this address. While inside the complex one of those male acquaintances displayed a handgun and took personal property from the victims. The two male suspects then fled the area on foot in an easterly direction. Neither victim was injured during the incident.

One of the suspects is described as a white male wearing a black sweatshirt and grey cap carrying a backpack. The other suspect is described as a black male with dreadlocks, wearing a red jacket and possibly blue jeans.

Responding officers set up a perimeter and conducted a K9 track however the suspects were not able to be located. The K9 track ended at approximately 10:40 p.m.

Sherburne County Sheriff: Stolen Car Trailer

On October 06, at 1453 hours the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a stolen car trailer. The trailer is described as a 1999 alumna trailer, with detachable aluminum fenders and MN Plate CJT8349 was attached to the driver’s side of the trailer. The trailer has newer chrome/silver rims.

Waite Park Police: Stolen Wire and Hand Tools

On 10/6/16 a report of stolen spools or wire and hand tools was received. The stolen items were stored in a trailer on Great Oak Drive. The lock was cut and the items removed.

Waite Park Police: Stolen Goose Decoys

10/8/2016

21 Goose decoys were taken from a field on the 2800 blk of County Road 137. They were higdon decoys.

Stearns County Sheriff: Stolen Miller Welder & Trailer

On 10-04-16 The trailer was last seen on 09-30-16 and contains a 2002 Miller "Big Blue" Welder. The welder has a black tool box along its side said to contain welding equipment. The trailer has a "pinto" hitch and does not contain any registration or identification numbers.

WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2016

Sherburne County Sheriff: Stolen Tow Master Trailer

On Oct 2, 2016 a Tow Master Model 12T tandem axle black trailer with electric brakes was reported stolen. Both fenders have small rust holes through the metal. All four wheels are white. There are two ramps on the back. The trailer had MN plate CAT9020 and a large bundle of pre-stained log siding on it.

Sherburne County Sheriff: Stolen Jayco Travel Trailer

On September 30, 2016 a 2001 28' Jayco Travel Trailer- Model Kiwi, white was reported stolen. The trailer had MN plate RT42215 and a broken out window on the entry door which is covered with a yellow plastic bag.

Waite Park Police: Stolen Chevy Camaro Convertible

On 9/29/16 a 2002 red Chevrolet Camaro convertible was taken from a business on 2nd St S. The vehicle had MN plate 073RMD.

St Cloud Police: Robbery Wilson Ave NE

On 09/29/16 at 8:48 p.m. officers responded to a report of a robbery at the Knotty Pine Liquor store located in the 10 block of Wilson Avenue N.E. Upon arrival officers determined that a suspect armed with two knives entered the store and confronted the lone female clerk behind the counter. The clerk was able to get away from the suspect and retreat to a back office. The victim was not injured during the incident. The suspect stole several bottles of alcohol and left the store.

The suspect was described as a black male in his early 30’s, 5’8” tall, medium build wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, black shoes, and a white stocking cap with a black bandanna covering his face.

Responding officers set up a perimeter and conducted a K9 track however the suspect was not able to be located. The K9 track ended at approximately 9:40 p.m.

St Cloud Police: Shots Fired

On 09/27/16 at 8:24 hours officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 600 block of 5th Avenue Northeast. Upon arrival officers met with a complainant that reported their house had been damaged by the gunshots. Officers were able to determine that multiple gunshot rounds, from a caliber consistent with a handgun, had struck the alley side of the residence. The house was occupied at the time of the shooting however nobody was injured.

Officers canvassed the neighborhood at which time it was learned that two males were seen running north in the alley immediately after the shots were heard. The investigation is ongoing, however at this time the shooting is not believed to be random in nature.

The St. Cloud Police Department is asking that anyone with information about this incident please contact the St. Cloud Police Department immediately.

St Cloud Police: Burglary

On 09/27/16 at 6:10 p.m. officers were sent to a burglary alarm at the Gopher Bargain Center located in the 200 Block of Lincoln Avenue Northeast. Upon arrival officers found evidence of forced entry into the building. Officers set up a perimeter around the business and utilized one of the St. Cloud Police K9 units to search the building. Ultimately it was determined that the suspects had left the building.

A review of surveillance video revealed that two male suspects had entered the building and taken a minimal amount of food related items prior to leaving the store.

Waite Park Police: Burglary

On 9/26/16 officers received a call of a bike that had been stolen out of a garage on the 10 blk of 11th Ave N on 9/23/16. The bike was described as a black Haro BMX style bike with one metal pedal and one plastic pedal.

Waite Park Police: Vehicle Vandalism

On 9/26/16 a report of a window that was smashed out of a vehicle on the 1000 blk of 7th St S was taken. The vehicle had been vandalized overnight.

Waite Park Police: Theft from Vehicle

On 9/27/16 officers received a report of a vehicle that had been broken into overnight. The theft is believed to have occurred between 3:00 - 4:00 am. Numerous items were taken from the vehicle.

Waite Park Police: Attempt to ID suspect in Threats Complaint

On Friday, Sept 23, 2016 at 11:01 pm a male entered a business on the 200 blk of 2nd St S and threatened the employees inside. The male was upset because he did not receive enough napkins with his food order. The suspect is described as a white male in his 40's with blonde hair tied back in a pony tail and wearing a green flannel shirt. The suspect is believed to have been driving a white 4 door vehicle.

St Cloud Police: Robbery

On 09/25/2016 at 11:40 p.m. officers were sent to a report of an armed robbery which had just occurred at the Americas Best Value Inn and Suites located in the 500 Block of Hwy 10 South. Upon arrival officers determined that the suspect had entered the business and confronted a 24 year old male employee from St. Cloud. The suspect pointed a black handgun at the employee and demanded money. The suspect ultimately took an undisclosed amount of cash and exited the business. The victim was not injured during the incident. No other employees or guests were in the area during the robbery.

Video surveillance also shows a second suspect entering the store just prior to the robbery and propping open a back door where the suspect with the gun eventually enters.

The suspect with the gun was described as a black male in his mid-twenties to mid-thirties approximately 6’ tall, 180 pounds wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt, dark baggie jeans, black shoes, with a black bandanna covering his face. The second suspect was described as a white male in his mid-twenties wearing jeans, a black t-shirt, and a black cap.

Responding officers set up a perimeter and the Waite Park Police Department K9 attempted a track however the suspects were not able to be located. The K9 track ended at approximately 1:00 am.

This is an active investigation.

Waite Park Police: Stolen Tires Off of a Vehicle

On 9/22/2016 it was reported that two tires had been stolen off of a 2011 Dodge Caliber while the vehicle was parked in a parking lot on the 1000 blk of 7th St S.

Benton County Sheriff: Burglaries

Benton County Sheriff's Dept reported several burglaries over the past week. Items stolen include a boat, motor & trailer (since recovered), 2 additional boat motors, trolling motor, misc tools, welding equipment, lawn mowers, snowmobiles, car dolly and a trailer.

St. Cloud Police: Shooting

On 09/21/2016 at 1:53 hours officers were sent to a report of a gunshot in the 1300 Block of 15th Street North. Upon arrival in that area officers learned that one victim had shown up at the St. Cloud Hospital with a gunshot wound to the torso. The victim was identified as a 28 year old male from Milaca. The victim was not cooperative with providing information to officers regarding how he was injured. The victim also had a felony warrant out of Mille Lacs County for Vehicle theft.

Officers on scene in the 1300 block determined that the shooting occurred outside, most likely between two apartment buildings in that area. Officers did locate suspected narcotics at the scene where the shooting occurred.

At 2:28 a.m. officers located a vehicle in the 1900 block of 7th Street North that had been described by witnesses as fleeing the area of the shooting. Officers conducted a felony stop on the vehicle at 26th Avenue and 5th Street North. Two males were found inside the vehicle both of which matched the descriptions given by witnesses of males leaving the scene. One of the males identified as 28 year old Timothy Owen Rootes from St. Cloud had a felony Department of Corrections Warrant out for his arrest. The other male, identified as 25 year old David Robert Nowlan of St. Cloud, was determined to be on probation and subsequently was taken into custody on a probation violation. The males were taken into custody on the warrants and transported to the Stearns County Jail. Both of the original offenses regarding the warrant and probation violation were related to drug offenses. The investigation continues into their involvement in the shooting.

The victim is in stable condition at the St. Cloud Hospital under the supervision of law enforcement personnel due to the outstanding felony warrant.

The St. Cloud Police Department is asking that anyone with information about this incident please contact the St. Cloud Police Department immediately.

The business was broken into and several items along with cash was taken.

WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 12, 2016

St Cloud Police: 1st Degree Burglary

On 9/12/16 at 0525 hours officers were sent to a burglary in progress occurring at a residence in the 1500 block of 12th Ave SE. Upon arrival the adult male suspect had fled the area on foot. The investigation revealed that the suspect was known to the occupants of the residence and had recently lived at the residence. The suspect had entered through an open window at which time he was confronted by an adult male and adult female resident. A struggle ensued at which time the suspect displayed a knife. As the struggle continued the female occupant received a minor cut which did not require medical attention. At that point the suspect fled from the scene with some property from inside the house.

Officers set up a perimeter in the neighborhood and attempted to locate the suspect with the use of several K9s, including a Stearns County bloodhound. Ultimately the suspect was not able to be located and it is believed that he left the area.

Benton County Sheriff: Theft of a Storage Unit

On 9/9/16 a storage unit on the east side of St Cloud was broken into. Guns and miscellaneous fishing equipment, including fishing rods were taken.

Stearns County Sheriff: Burglary

On 9/7/16 a burglary was reported from a business on Main Street in New Munich. A large amount of items were taken. The list of items is below.

Benton County Sheriff: Burglary

On 8/29/16 a wedding ring set was taken from a residence near Rice in Watab Township. The engagement ring is: 14k white gold engagement ring with 86 round diamonds .95Ct gem weight. The engagement ring has a 2 Ct Princess cut diamond on it. The wedding band is a 14k white gold with 15 round diamonds .11 ct gem weight.

Sherburne County Sheriff: Burglary

On 8/29/16 at 12:58 pm it was reported that someone had broken into a detached pole barn on 156th St NW in Big Lake Township. Tools were taken from the shed.

Waite Park Police: Theft

An enclosed trailer parked at a storage facility on 7th St S was broken into when someone cut the lock and stole numerous camping items and tie downs for a motorcycle.

St Cloud PD is looking for James Alexander McWilliams in regards to 3rd Degree Burglary.

St Cloud Police: Robbery

On 08/31/16 at 8:10 p.m. officers responded to a report of a robbery at the Super America located in the 700 Block of 33rd Avenue North. Upon arrival officers determined that an unknown male had entered the store and confronted the clerk with a knife. A short struggle ensued between the male clerk and the suspect at which time the suspect struck the clerk in the head causing minor injuries. The suspect was able to take an undisclosed amount of cash from the cash register. During the incident the suspect was also seen to be in possession of a black semi-automatic handgun. The suspect left the store and was last seen running in a southerly direction. No other persons were inside the store at the time of the robbery.

The suspect was described as a black male in his mid-twenties to early thirties, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall with a slender build and thin mustache, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, grey pants, and black shoes.

Responding officers set up a perimeter and attempted a K9 track however the suspect was not able to be located. The K9 track ended at approximately 8:50 pm.

This is an active investigation.

On 8/28/16 on 221st Ave NW a vehicle and a boat were damaged when the gas tank and tires were cut. A vehicle was also scratched.

On 8/25/16 it was discovered that 20 road signs and posts had been taken along County Road 5 NW in Big Lake Township.

Benton County Sheriff: Stolen ATV

During the early morning hours of 8-28-2016 a 2016 CF Moto CForce 400 ATV was stolen from a residential garage in the 5000 block of Hwy 10 NW in Sauk Rapids Township. The ATV had a camouflaged color finish and had not yet been assigned a registration number. The key was taken with the ATV. Several tools, a rifle and other miscellaneous items were also taken from the victim's garage.

Sartell Police: Burglary

Officers were dispatched to a residence in reference to a grill and bicycle that were stolen. Officers arrived on scene and met with the complainant. The male party stated his grill and bicycle estimated at about $429 were stolen from his garage. Officers filled out a stolen property report. Officers also made contact with the stores that sold the items in case the items are returned to the store for credit.

A trailer was reported stolen from Julep Road on 7/5/16. The trailer is black with a wood deck and no ramps. The plate was 4778 CTB.

Sauk Centre Police: Stolen Ford Pickup

On 6/27/16 officers took a report of a stolen 2005 Ford F150 pickup. The keys were in the vehicle when it was taken. The pickup is described as all white with a gray bottom and black mesh style grill. There was also a FX4 logo on the side of the truck towards the back of the box. The pickup does not have a front license plate and the rear plate is a dealer plate D17430.

Sherburne County Sheriff: Theft of Motorcycle

On 6/24/16 deputies responded to a report of a theft of a 1976 Harley-Davidson motorcycle taken from a resident in Zimmerman. The motorcycle is blue with eagle paintings on the gas tanks and fenders. Spike were attached to the top of the gas tank and custom made risers attached to the handlebars. A cross was also painted on the battery cover.

Sauk Centre Police: Theft of Energy Drinks, Fridge & Cooler

On 6/26/16 officers responded to Lincoln Rd for a report of energy drinks stolen from a vehicle. A ford delivery van had the passenger side window smashed out and several cases of energy drinks were taken. 20 cases of Rocky Mountain High energy drinks and 4 cases of Gas Money energy drinks.

Also taken was a mini refrigerator with a clear glass door with the Rocky Mountain High energy drink logo etched onto it. A round barrel style cooler for display store models was also taken.

St. Cloud Police: Missing Female

As of today’s date we have still not located or heard from Shannah Boiteau. The St. Cloud Police Department is continuing to ask for the public’s help in locating Boiteau. Anyone with information is asked to immediately call the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-251-1200.

The police department is seeking the public’s help in locating the following individual:

Shannah Marie Boiteau, 23 from Chippewa Falls, WI. She is described as a white female, 5’07’’, 135 lbs, last seen wearing a tan tank top, black leggings, and having brown hair that was pulled up. Boiteau was last seen in the area of I94 / Co Rd 74 on 6/22/16 @ 1520 hours after she ran from a vehicle being driven by her boyfriend. Boiteau is believed to have fled Wisconsin due to a warrant being issued for her arrest for a probation violation. Police do not believe that Boiteau knows anyone in the St. Cloud area, and does not have a

Home Depot reported a trailer stolen from their lot between 6/12 and 6/13/16. The trailer is a white Werx enclosed trailer.

Between 6/9 - 6/11/16 someone broke into multiple buildings in Quarry #2 on Pine St S in Rockville and caused extensive damage. The suspect(s) stole equipment as well as spray paint. They spray painted graffiti on the granite walls, granite slabs and equipment.

St. Cloud Police: Robbery

On 06/07/16 at 10:28 p.m. officers responded to a report of a robbery at the Super America located in the 1500 Block of Northway Drive. Upon arrival officers determined that an unknown male had entered the store displaying a large butcher knife and demanding money from the clerk. The suspect was described as a black male approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and approximately 170 pounds wearing gloves, a bandanna over his face, a dark hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, and sunglasses. The suspect left the store on foot in a southerly direction with an undisclosed amount of cash. One customer was inside the store at the time of the robbery.

No persons were injured during the robbery. Responding officers set up a perimeter and checked the area with a K9, but were ultimately unable to locate the suspect.

WEEK OF MAY 30, 2016

St. Cloud Police: Robbery

On 06/02/16 at 9:50 p.m. officers responded to a report of a robbery at the Super America located in the 700 Block of 9th Avenue South. Upon arrival officers determined that an unknown male had entered the store, went behind the counter, and demanded money from the clerk.

The suspect was described as a black male in his early twenties approximately 6 feet tall and approximately 170 pounds wearing black gloves, a bandanna over his face, a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, and black pants. The suspect left the store on foot in a southerly direction with an undisclosed amount of cash. No other persons were inside the store at the time of the robbery.

No weapons were displayed during the incident and no persons were injured. Responding officers set up a perimeter and checked the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

On 5/31/16 a report of a theft from a storage unit on 34th Ave S was reported. The complainant reported they had left the key in the lock. Taken from the unit was a computer monitor, a power strip and a laundry basket.

St. Cloud Police: Hit and Run

On 05/27/16 at 6:29 a.m. officers responded to a report of a hit and run vehicle accident at the intersection of County Road 4 and 18th Street North. The investigation revealed that an unknown vehicle had left the roadway driving onto a grassy area and striking and damaging a sign post. There were no witnesses to the incident and it is unclear the exact time that the incident would have occurred other than most likely during the early morning hours of 05/27/16.

During the investigation officers became aware of several other complaints in the area of a vehicle randomly driving up into residential yards causing damage to the lawns. The other damage occurred during the same time frame in the areas of Laurel Road, Wildwood Road, and Westwind Road.

Sartell Police: Shooting

TIME: 10:25 PM

LOCATION: Area of 119 LeSauk Drive, Sartell, MN

VICTIM: Scott A. Larson AGE: 49

ADDRESS: Big Lake, MN

St. Cloud Police were dispatched to the St. Cloud Hospital for a report of a person that had arrived there with a gunshot wound. It was determined after speaking with the victim that the shooting occurred in Sartell and Sartell officers responded to the hospital. The victim was uncooperative with officers and not providing a lot of useful information for the investigation, but did say that the shooting was accidental. They did learn that the victim was shot with a .22 caliber gun and the round struck him in the hip area. No suspect(s) are in custody at this time.

On May 22, 2016 a report of a burglary from a storage unit on 7th Street S was received. The lock was removed from the storage unit and many small items were taken. Another business lock was put on the storage unit.

Big Lake Police: Property Damage

On 5/20/16 between 2:00 and 3:00 am someone sprayed graffiti on the Northstar Communter rail car. See the attached document below for a photo of the vandalism.

On May 17, 2016, the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office responded to the theft of a child’s ATV. The suspect entered a garage that had been left open and pushed out a 2015 – Black Coolster 125 cc ATV. The suspect is unknown, but appears to be a white male who was wearing a jacket, hat, and a backpack which may have Under Armor brand logo.

Benton County Sheriff: Gas Drive Off

On May 17, 2016 a gas drive off occurred at a gas station south of Rice. The vehicle involved was a white Hyundai Sonata with damage on the front passenger's side. The license plate on the vehicle is 501 JVK, however tape was used on the license plate to make it appear the license plate number was 601 OVK. The driver of the vehicle is described as a male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

Bewteen 5/9 and 5/12/16 someone damaged a camper on an island on Knaus Lake in Wakefield Township. Damage to the camper included broken windows, destruction of cabinets, forced entry and a discharged fire extinguisher inside the unit. The suspect also attempted to start the camper on fire.

Sherburne County Sheriff: Burglary

On April 24, 2016 a report of a burglary in Livonia Township on 269th Ave NW in Zimmerman. A garage was broken into and a trailer and a 4 wheeler were taken.

Another burglary on 269th Ave NW happened the same night. The homeowner went outside and noticed several items missing from their garage. The items taken were located across the street in a wooded area. It is believed the suspect(s) was scared away when the homeowner turned on a light.

Sartell Police: Thefts from Vehicles

Sartell Police reported they have been having many vehicles that have been gone through overnight. Please remove your valuables from your vehicle, don't just place them in the glove box or center console. Also, remember to lock your vehicle doors.

Sartell Police: Stolen Vehicle- RECOVERED

On 4/23/16 Sartell Police received a report of a stolen vehicle from 7th St S. The vehicle is described as a 2014 tan Chevy Cruise. The vehicle was taken between 10:00 pm and 5:30 am.

Waite Park Police: Vandalism of Construction Equipment

On 4/23/16 at 7:58 am a report of vandalism at 40 2nd St S (Old Kmart site) was reported. Someone moved construction equipment around in the parking lot and fired a small fire extinguisher inside a skid loader. A key box was also forced open on a boom lift.

Sherburne County Sheriff: Stolen Trailer

On 4/22/16 a 1989 steel frame, tandem axle trailer with red faded paint and wood paneling on the sides was reported stolen. The registration on the trailer is CTT8138.

Stearns County Sheriff: Stolen Vehicles and Truck Parts

On 4/20/16 two vehicles were taken from Minnesota Truck Headquarters in St Joseph. A 2001 Dodge Ram and a 2002 Dodge Ram were reported taken.

Several truck parts were reported stolen the month prior including many tail lights off several different Chevy, Ford and GMC pickups. 4 Noisin brand off road 20" rims and Courgia M-T Federal tires 33x12.5 R 20 were taken off a Ford Superduty. Also taken was an aftermarket Garmin radio.

Sauk Rapids Police: Armed Robbery

In the early morning hours of April 19, 2016, Sauk Rapids Police responded to an armed robbery that occurred at Bubba's Bar. Two masked men, one armed with a handgun, entered the bar and ordered a staff member to the floor. The robbers took an undisclosed amount of money.

Sherburne County Sheriff: Armed Robbery

On 4/7/16 at approximately 01:14 the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office received a call of an armed robbery at the Holiday gas station located at 26125 Highway 169 in Zimmerman, MN.

Deputies responded to the armed robbery call and learned the suspect entered the Holiday station and pointed a gun at the clerk demanding money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled the scene on foot, nobody was harmed.

The suspect was described as being 5’11” tall with a slim build, the suspect was wearing blue jeans, a dark colored hoodie, gloves, a black face mask and black goggles.

On 3/12/16, Stearns County Sheriff's office received a report of theft of tools in Albany township between 3/8/16 and 3/12/16 from an unlocked shed. Items stolen are 18V and include a sawzall, circular saw, hammer drill, half inch impact driver, two small impact drivers, five batteries, and a four inch table grinder.

Benton County Sheriff: Theft

On 3/7/16 a Benton County Deputy discovered that a stop sign with blinking red LED lights and a solar panel had been stolen from an intersection Northeast of Foley. The sign and solar panel was removed along with metal poles that were attached to the sign.

The stop sign measured 3’X3’ and was a Tapco brand “Blinkersign” LED Sign. The solar panel and sign came as one unit. Photos of a similar sign are attached.

Waite Park Police: Theft

On 3/7/16 at 7:04 am, officers responded to a report of a theft of a Honda Generator 3000 from an alley behind 40 2nd St S, the old Kmart. The lock was cut on the trailer and the generator was taken.

Sauk Rapids Police: Armed Robbery

On Saturday, 3/5/16, at 8:15 pm, two males entered the gas station/convenience store at 400 Benton Drive South, in the City of Sauk Rapids. One of the males displayed a handgun. They demanded the clerk turn over all the money in the store. They took an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register and left the store.

St Cloud Police: Armed Robbery

On 2/25/16 at 8:04 pm officers were sent to the SuperAmerica Located in the 1500 block of Northway Drive reference to a robbery that had just occurred. Investigation revealed that two masked suspects one of which was armed with a handgun, entered the store and confronted one of the clerks. At the time of the robbery there were two employees and one customer inside the store. One of the clerks received minor injuries as a result of the suspect striking him in the head during the incident. No other persons were injured during the robbery.

The suspects left the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. It is unknown if a vehicle was involved at this time. Suspects were described as black males wearing ski type masks, dark hooded jackets/sweatshirts with dark pants. One suspect was described as being approximately 6’5” tall with a thin build and in his twenties while the second suspect was described as being 6’1” tall, appearing to be older and heavier set than the first suspect. Officers initially set up a perimeter however were unable to locate the suspects who were believed to have left the area by unknown means.

Benton County Sheriff: Stolen Trailer

On 2/24/16 2003 a trailer was left at the intersection of Highway 95 and County Road 7 with a flat tire when the owner returned one hour later, the trailer was missing. Trailer is described as a 5x10 Single Axle Homemade

A robbery was reported on Tues, Feb 16th around 10 pm at the SuperAmerica at 502 Benton Drive N in Sauk Rapids. Two suspects entered the store and demanded money and cigarettes. They did not show a weapon and ran from the store on foot.

Benton County Sheriff: Theft from Fish Houses

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating several fish house burglaries on Little Rock Lake. On 02-01-16 at about 2:45 pm the Benton County Sheriff’s Office received the report of an attempted burglary of a fish

house on Little Rock Lake. The responding deputy found that someone had attempted to pry open the complaint’s fish house door. The deputy also found that 5 other fish houses in the same area had been damaged or opened by the suspect(s). It is believed

the burglaries occurred sometime over night from 01-31-16 to 02-01-16. Deputies continue to investigate these crimes, and at this time no property has been reported stolen. We strongly encourage people to bring all items of value with them when they leave their fish houses to keep from falling victim to these criminals.

Stearns County Sheriff: Theft of Snowmobiles and Trailer

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two separate thefts involving snowmobiles in Lynden and Fairhaven Townships (west of Clearwater). St Cloud Police: Theft of Cigarettes

The St. Cloud Police Department is requesting the public’s help in

identifying the suspects involved in two separate felony thefts which

occurred at area grocery stores during the early morning hours over the

past three weeks. During the two thefts, the suspects stole several cartons

of cigarettes valued at over $4,300. Specific details for each theft are as

On 12/18/15, at 0241 hours, officers were dispatched to a theft at Cash

Wise East, located at 1001 4th Street Southeast. Officers were advised that

two (2) male suspects jumped the service counter while two (2) other male

suspects appeared to watch for store employees to approach. The suspects

stole several cartons of various brands of cigarettes valued at

approximately $2,700. The suspects fled the scene prior to police arriving.

St Cloud Police: Death Investigation

UPDATE: 01/06/2016

As of today’s date, Lisa May Kearney, has been located in Louisville Kentucky and has currently been arrested pursuant to a complaint warrant for second degree murder regarding her involvement in this case. The 2002 Chevy Silverado has also been located and is in police custody.

The victim in this case has been identified by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office as 66 year old Jeffrey Eugene Schilling of St. Cloud. The victim was found inside his residence. Kearney is the daughter of the victim.

This continues to be an active investigation.

Original Release on 1/5/2016

Officers responded to a welfare check complaint in the 300 block of 21st Ave N, St. Cloud. Officers located a deceased individual inside the residence. Based on information gathered at the scene, officers are investigating this incident as a suspicious death. There is no information at this time that would lead police to believe that there is a danger to the public.

The MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension was contacted and will assist with the processing of the scene. Officers from the Saint Cloud Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit will continue with this active and ongoing investigation. No additional details will be released at this time.

Mail was taken from a mailbox in Big Lake Township on 207th Ave NW. A padded envelope containing a necklace and a pair of blue sapphire earrings was ripped open and the items removed. The open package was left in the mailbox.
