Biological Journal of the Linnean Society

The Biological Journal of the Linnean Society is a direct descendant of the oldest biological journal in the world, which published the epoch-making papers on evolution by Darwin and Wallace. The journal specializes in evolution in the broadest sense and covers all taxonomic groups in all five kingdoms.

Diseases of the Esophagus

The premier publication in the field for 30 years (2017 is the 30th volume). This international journal covers all aspects of the esophagus - etiology, investigation and diagnosis, and both medical and surgical treatment.

American Journal of Legal History

Founded in 1957, the American Journal of Legal History was the first English-language periodical in the field. While retaining its focus on American legal history, it accommodates the enormous broadening of the intellectual horizon of the discipline over the past decade and is particularly interested in contributions of a comparative, international or transnational nature.

The American Journal of Comparative Law

Founded in 1952, it is the official journal of the American Society of Comparative Law, publishes quarterly, and is entirely devoted to comparative law – i.e. comparing the laws of one or more nations with those of another or discussing one jurisdiction’s law in order for the reader to understand how it might differ from that of their country.
