access, infant mortality, education index , agri-income to highest level across India
• Bring about wide-scale behavioural change to empower villages towards self-sustainable

Rural Development Fellowship: General information
• VSTF reserves the rights to place selected candidates in Gram Panchayats in various districts as per its expansion plans
• Candidates are required to compulsory stay in assigned Gram Panchayat • Fellowship is a full time program and Fellows are not expected to undertake other
employment, assignments and / or study program during the period of fellowship • Selected fellows have to provide fitness certificate and character certificate at the
commencement of the program • Selected fellows successfully completing fellowship of 11 months will be awarded
with a Certificate • Selected fellows will undergo field and classroom training during the 1st month of
fellowship program • Accommodation, food and training costs will be borne by VSTF during training
programs organised by VSTF • The nature of the CM Rural Development Fellowship is purely temporary in
nature. This is not a government employment (permanent or temporary) and will not ensure any future employment in the government after completion of the program.
