WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

SWMOA has been dedicated to educating and training owners and operators of membrane systems and strives to bring valuable information to our members. The 2017 Annual Symposium, “Regional Water Management & Water as a Renewable Resource” begins with an exciting slate of speakers kicked-off with an overview of water reuse from our Keynote Speaker, Daniel Gerrity in the opening session focused on reuse, compliance and implementation. This will be followed by a Facility Tour and Hands-On Training. Day Two will include presentations on Case Studies and Histories as well as an Interactive Session & Operator Round Table Discussion, Panel Discussion on Operations Management. You will not want to miss this opportunity to obtain and share real-world knowledge and experience.

EXHIBITS are allocated on a first come/first serve basis upon receipt of 10% deposit and registration form; full payment must be made by March 1, 2017 or deposit and booth space will be forfeited.

All Exhibitors must have company membership (not individual membership with SWMOA).

Each Table Top Exhibit will cost $750.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa

A group rate of $139 single/double, plus appropriate taxes, for reservations made on or before April 17, 2017 based upon availability. Make your lodging arrangements directly with the hotel: (702) 567‐4700 and refer to Southwest Membrane Operator Association (SWMO17) for the discounted room rate.

An $11.00 per room/ per night Resort Fee will be applied to all guests, including staff and VIP’s.

Resort fee includes: internet access, 800 and local calls, 20% valet disc, bottle of water amenity when using fitness center, shuttle to Las Vegas Strip, shuttle within Lake Las Vegas community, assisted boarding pass printing, secure golf club storage, exercise classes, overnight shoe shine.

Each Participant Receives Symposium materials, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, lunch and cer-tificate of attendance. Registration fee does not include lodging or other meals. Registration fees must be paid by April 17, 2017; on-site registrations will be accepted with payment.

Cancellations and Refunds Written cancellation requests received by SWMOA on or before April 17, 2017 will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Full payment is required if cancellation is received on or after April 18, 2017 - no refunds and no credits for future events will be granted. However, substitutions may be made at any time. SWMOA reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel programs when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held, SWMOA’s liability is limited to the refund of the program fee only toward the scheduled event.
