AboutArts&CraftsonBedfordArts&CraftsonBedfordisauniqueannualArts&CraftsshowheldinvibrantStamfordDowntown,CTsetonatree-linedstreetsurroundedbybeautifulpatiocafés.QualificationsWorksareacceptedinallmajorarts&craftscategories.Exhibitorsareacceptedbasedontheoriginalityandqualityoftheirworkmanship,theappropriatenessoftheirproductsforthismarketandontheavailabilityofspacewithinspecificarts&craftscategories.Manufactureditemsandworksmadefromkitsofanykindareunacceptable.Dealersandmiddlemenarenotallowed.Saleorexhibitofitemsorservicesnotlistedontheapplicationformwillnotbeallowed.Boothswillbemonitoredthroughouttheshow.ApplicationDeadline/JuryProcessApplicationarejuriedmonthlystartingJanuary28,2017throughJune28,2017.Applicantswillbenotifiedoftheiracceptance,rejectionorwaitliststatusshortlythereafter.Yourapplicationconstitutesanagreementtoexhibitifaccepted.TheJury’sdecisionisfinalandnotsubjecttonegotiation.Ifyouarenotaccepted,yourcheckwillbereturned.Onceacategoryisfull,applicationswillcontinuetobejuriedandapprovedapplicationswillbeplacedonawaitinglist.Participationinaprioryear’sshowdoesnotguaranteeacceptanceforthecurrentyear’sshow.CancellationPolicyFullpaymentofyourspacefeeisduewiththisapplication.Checksmaynotbepostdated.Spacefeeisrefundableifapplicationisdeniedbythejury.Vendorcancellation:otherthanamedicalemergency,withwrittendocumentationfromyourphysician,thereisnorefund.BoothDisplaysExhibitorsmustprovideasuitable,attractivedisplay,support,racks,standsandcoveredtablesforwork.Allexhibitortentsmustbewhiteandhavesidessothatboothscanbefullyenclosedatnight.Allsafetyprecautionsmustbetakeninsettinguptheexhibits,spacesareonpavementthereforetentsmustbewellanchoredwithweights.Spacescannotbeshared.SalesTaxConnecticutStatetaxlawsrequireallexhibitorstohaveanddisplayavalidConnecticutStatetaxnumber.Exhibitorsareresponsibleforcollectingandpayingsalestax(6.35%inConnecticut)forallsalesmadeduringtheshow.ToobtaininformationandapplicationsforaCTstatetaxnumbercalltheConnecticutDept.ofRevenueServicesat860-297-5962orvisitwww.ct.gov/drsSecuritySecurityisprovidedduringtheshow,overnighthoursandbreakdown.StamfordDowntownassumesnoresponsibilityfordamage,theftorlossofexhibitorwork,personalpropertyordisplay.Weurgeallexhibitorstocarrytheirowninsurance.

• ExhibitorsMUSTattendandbeopenalldaysandhoursoftheArts&CraftsShowwithartistpresentatbooth.Breakingdownboothsearlyisadisruptiontotheevent,aswellastoneighboringexhibitors.

• Thereisnostoragebeyondthedesignatedboothspace.Pleaseplanyourlayoutaccordingly.• Theshowisheldrainorshine.Noprovisions,refundsoralternatedatesaremadeinthecaseof

cancellations.• Nosmoking,loudsoundsystemsorgeneratorsareallowedinboothareas.• Noelectricityorwaterisavailableonshowgrounds.• Toprotectallexhibitors,StamfordDowntownreservestherighttoremovefromthepremisesany
