Sam first began shooting in World War I. After returning home from the army, his enthusiasm for shooting led him to compete and win many matches in the United States and abroad. He placed third in a match in France in 1919 called the American Expeditionary Forces Match and received a medal from General John Joseph (Blackjack) Pershing. That same year he won a match in Caldwell, New Jersey with a perfect score. Sam became National small-bore rifle champion in 1920 and won the Distinguished Pilot Shot Badge in France in 1923. Ÿ In 1927, Sam Wilson started making his own Tools and Gages because he was unable to

locate the tools to satisfy his reloading work. This was done out of a small shop in Cashmere, WA. Sam's love of shooting inspired him to design almost the entire line of products still sold today. L. E. Wilson Inc. has been making tools for hand loaders ever since, with no compromise in quality of workmanship or materials. All of the tools were designed for bullet accuracy and user's safety.

Ÿ In 1954 Sam won the National Bench Rest Competition with a group of ten bullets from 100 yards away.

Ÿ He also won the National Pistol championship at Camp Perry, Ohio in 1929. Sam retired from freestanding rifle and pistol competition in 1936, when he started bench rest shooting.

Ÿ The Wilsons have a history of service to our country. Sam fought in WWI in the Army. Jim flew Bombers while Jack flew the P51 Mustangs in WWII. After returning home from war, Jack and Jim worked with their dad at Wilson Tools and shared his interest in shooting. Mary also enjoyed target shooting with her dad and brothers.

Ÿ In 1968 Jon Morrison, Jack's step-son started working full-time for the company. In 1969, Jon left to serve two years in the army as an army sniper. After working part-time while attending college, Jon began to work at Wilson's full time learning all aspects of the business.

Ÿ In 1973, Sam was inducted into Rifle Magazines Bench Rest Hall of Fame for his shooting ability and development of ammunition loading tools.

Ÿ In 1985 Sam passed away and his sons, Jack and Jim Wilson, continued to run the business. Ÿ In 1988 Jack purchased all remaining shares from his brother Jim. Ÿ After Jack's death in 1993 his step-son, Jon Morrison purchased the business to keep it in

the family. He is still the current owner today. Ÿ In 2007 Jon brought his son-in-law and daughter, Dan and Jaclyn Reichert into the business

to learn, operate, and advance Wilson Tools with new computerized equipment and CNC technology. Jon has been a reloader and shooter for over 40 years and is now passing that knowledge of shooting onto them. Dan and Jaclyn both came from a background in business and working at large companies. Their goal is to continue to produce the highest quality reloading tools on the market and to expand the product line to fill the needs and challenges of today's competitive shooter.

L. E. Wilson, Inc. has been a family owned and operated business for over 85 years. Keeping the business in the family has insured the highest quality and craftsmanship possible. Wilson's uses the highest quality materials and our tools are well known world wide for their precision and accuracy. Because of this reputation we receive orders from all over the world. Bullet SeatersStainless Steel Chamber Type with

Micrometer Adjustment

Chamber Type Bullet Seater

The most accurate and easiest to use straight line dies on the market. They are made the same way as the Chamber Type die, but the stainless seaters have a built in micrometer seating depth adjustment feature with an easy to read scale in .001 graduations.

**To be used with an Arbor Press**

A favorite among bench rest shooters. A chamber type bullet seater positively controls both bullet and cartridge case alignment. The case and bullet are completely captured by the die prior to the bullet being pushed straight into the case by a close-fitting seating stem. This style of bullet seater works more accurately than a conventional (7/8"-14) bullet seating die. This is one of the most accurate bullet seaters ever made.

Standard Case Trimmer Kit

Wilson case trimmers are unique in that the case is held by a case holder which simulates a rifle chamber. Cases are held in case holders by their own body taper. The case holders sit in a rail system that also holds the cutter housing insuring square and perfect alignment every time. Trimmers can be held in a vise or are compatible with mounting stands. Trimmers can also be used for inside neck reaming, military crimp removal, and case mouth deburring by adding additional cutters.

Case Gages

Regular Case Gage Adjustable Case Gage

Pistol Max Gage Case Length Gage

One piece gage that will check overall length to indicate the need for trimming, datum to head length to assure correct head-space and to pre-vent over sizing. Available for most popular rimless cases.

For belted mags. While the belt provides support for proper head-space, the life of the case will drastically shorten unless resizing is held to a minimum at the shoulder. These gages, which can be adjusted to be used with individual rifles of the same caliber, will enable the hand-loader to control the amount of resizing simply by measuring a fired case. Overall length can also be checked with these gages.

**Insert Included**

Measures Max Case Length, Max Loaded Round Length and Max Cartridge Dimensions. Select calibers available.

One-piece, non adjustable cylinder-type gage with milled surfaces on one end for checking Minimum and Maximum Overall Length of rifle and pistol cases having no shoulder.

Deburring Tools & Reamers

Handheld Deburring Tool

Inside Neck Reamer Primer Pocket Reamer

Uniform Deburring Tool

All cases should be case mouth deburred after trimming and neck turning. Tools are double-ended with standard 45-degree flutes that debur / chamfer the inside and outside mouth of the case. They will work on cases from .17 to .45 and .50 caliber. Female end is hand filed sharp.

We produce two case mouth deburring tools for use in the Case Trimmer. The deburring tools mount in the cutter housing and each includes a crank style handle. Cases are inserted into the trimmer case holders and are held square to the deburring tool. Available in both standard 45 degree and 30 degree chamfer.

**Handle included**

Neck reamers remove excess neck material to insure adequate clearance exists between the case neck and the chamber. Also, these reamers can be used when forming wildcats from a parent case. Reamers are used in the trimmers in place of the trimmer cutter. Standard reamers are sized for use on fired, unsized cases. Special sizes can be ground but will extend lead-time.

Used in conjunction with the Case Trimmer to remove the primer pocket crimp on mili-tary cases. The finished result is a nice rounded entry for primers. Unlike some tools this tool will not distort the case head. Specify 50 Caliber, Large (.210) or Small (.175) primer pockets when ordering. Comes with handle.

Case Holders for Trimmer

Rifle Case Holder

Q-Type or (Quick Action) Holder

Hardened Pistol Holder

With this holder cases are held by body taper. The case length is determined by the distance between the stop screw and the cutting edge. This allows for a consistent uniform trim from case to case. We can also make special holders for a slight up charge as long as your cases have some taper.

The Q-Type case holders hold the case with an easy to use cross pin. Use this type whenever possible because the regular pistol case holders require you to tap the pistol case in, which is more difficult than the rifle cases because of the lack of body taper. Not compatible with Case Holder Clamp.

** For Rimmed Pistol Cases Only **

All these cases have practically no body taper and require a special type holder, which is constructed very much like a neck sizing die. Cases can't be "bumped" in and out of these holders like most rifle cases but must be forced in with a light arbor press or mallet and must be driven or pushed out. These holders are made longer than the cases to be trimmed so that cases may be forced clear in without damage to case mouth. Holders are counterbored at mouth end for cutter clearance. Users will find the case trimmer somewhat slower on pistol cases than on rifle cases but it will produce a very uniform case length with consequent perfection in crimping.

**Designed to be used with fired cases**
