Our goal at 50th Parallel is to take care of YOU and your guests to ensure all the details are covered.

50th Parallel Estate – truly one of Canada’s exemplary destination wineries set in the heart of Okanagan Wine Country in British Columbia.

50th Parallel Estate is a majestic 61-acre site near the shores of Lake Okanagan boasting panoramic lake views and rare granite soils.

Top international winemaker Grant Stanley has produced the winery’s world-renowned Pinot Noir and aromatic white wines.

Is it only 15 minutes from Kelowna International Airport and close to world-class destinations, Sparkling Hill Resort & KurSpa

and Predator Ridge Golf Resort.

50th Parallel Estate is proud to offer several unique locations for your special day; our infinity event pad, crush pad and winery tank hall. All built with a unique guest experience in mind, 50th will be sure to impress your guests and give you an unparalleled experience to create lifelong memories.

For 2017, we offer ceremony-only packages between May and October. Please note, reception packages are not available in 2017.

In 2018, our beautiful new event space and restaurant will open so we will offer both ceremony and reception packages throughout the year.

in the Okanagan Valley can be reserved

for wedding ceremonies and celebrations.

The ‘Infinity Event Pad’ is a breathtaking vista featuring

a 2,100 sq ft concrete infinity pad that visually drops

into the vineyards and lake below.

It is truly the most stunning outdoor setting for a

wedding ceremony and cocktail reception.

Maximum ceremony guests: 200

Booking Dates: April 29th through October 14th, 2017

(*tenting and heating may be required at additional fees pending weather and season)

Infinity Event Pad

Crush PadThe ‘Floating’ Crush Pad is the center point of the Pinot Noir production

area and the most impressive architectural element in the winery.

Above the six primary Pinot Noir fermenters hovers 30,000 pounds of

concrete and 3,000 ft of steel rebar creating a one-of-a-kind crush pad

that has no connectivity or support from anything below.

Booking Dates: June 1st through to September 16th, 2017

An SOL must be in place for all events being held in these locations.

(*heating may be required at additional fees pending weather and season)

The receiving part of our crush pad provides almost 2,000 sq ft of event

space that offers a unique wine focused area.

The large doors can be opened to let the light shine in from the floor to

ceiling winery windows or closed to offer sleek architectural lines.

Maximum seated guests: 150

It ’s All in the Details...

First class ceremony on the stunning Infinity Event Pad or Crush Pad includes:

• Exclusive rental of the Infinity Event Pad or Crush Pad for 3 hours

• Chairs for up to 150 guests (set up and take down included)

• 2 barrels for your placement (signing table or guest entry)

• Up to 10 large white umbrellas

• Shuttle service for your guests to the Infinity Event Pad* (*included in this package is one shuttle for 3 hours) Note: It takes approximately 15 minutes round trip for each shuttle with 25 guests. We highly recommend that if you have more than 75 guests to book a second shuttle to increase efficiency with guest transportation. Additional shuttle time billed at $150/hour per shuttle.

• 50th Parallel greeter to welcome guests and ensure smooth shuttle service

• Power (7000 watt generator)

• 1 hour rehearsal (scheduled in advance)

Items not included:

• Wine and wine service - all cases of wine purchased will be at a discount of 15% off

• All décor items and set up are not included (your day of coordinator will be responsible for these areas)

• Special Occasion License must be obtained for the Infinity Event Pad or Crush Pad

In anticipation of an exciting day, we would like to invite your guests to enjoy our private ‘Wedding Day Wine Lounge’ located on our Crush Pad.

Guests will be able to sit back and relax while enjoying our award-winning wines before and after the ceremony as not to be disturbed by the Tasting Room public.

Your exclusive Wine Conceirge will be able to offer our available wines by the glass or by the bottle, plus you can enhance the experience with a cheese/charcuterie platter.

$7.50 / $9.50 per glass
