FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2017

As RNs, we have the incredible opportunity to chart our own unique course in nursing – utilizing our knowledge, talents and passions. CNSA’s 2017 Convention is designed to help you navigate your future as you learn from nurse leaders on the cutting edge of our profession.

Our Convention opens with a riveting presentation from Dr. Joseph Morris, Executive Officer of the Board of Registered Nursing. On Saturday, Kelley Johnson, RN and former Miss Colorado, shares her compelling story. Our panel of advanced practice RNs enlightens you about the opportunities in these important areas of nursing. Our endnote, Dr. Kimberly Horton, hospital CEO and nursing thought leader, examines the essential role of ethics in nursing practice.

In addition, we’ve planned a variety of breakout sessions to help you maximize your nursing school experience, build your leadership and communication skills, land your first job as an RN, and effectively use your voice in the legislative process. You also have opportunities to interact with our industry partners, participate in the House of Delegates, receive resume advice from a nurse leader and network with students from accross the state.
