Message from President The Florida Association for Media Education (FAME) would like to invite you to do business with our members. We are the professional organization for school librarians for the great State of Florida.

The Florida Association for Media in Education or FAME would like to invite you to participate in the 45th Annual FAME Conference this October 18th - 20th, 2017 in Orlando, Florida.

Our annual FAME conference attracts over 600 school librarians, technology specialists, and administrators, who come to FAME to discover new ways to reinvent their libraries, classrooms, and schools. Librarians are especially looking for ideas regarding books, furniture, makerspaces, equipment, and new technology to make their libraries #FutureReady. This year's theme, "Tell Your Story: Your Library's Fantastic Journey", will give your business the opportunity to showcase how your products and services can

come to life in the school libraries here in Florida and beyond.

The exhibit hall is an essential component to our annual conference and we provided even more conflict free time for attendees to visit the exhibit hall and learn about what your business has to offer. Our members are looking for innovative tools to make their students successful learners in our rapidly changing world.

Additional Exhibit Services Booth services such as electricity, Internet, booth cleaning, etc. must be purchased separately through the conference decorator (additional information about options and fees is available on the conference website in the exhibitor kit). The exhibitor kit will be e-mailed and posted online approximately eight weeks prior to the conference.

Exhibit Reception* - $4,000 Exclusive (Only 1 Available) Sponsor with be recognized on the conference web site, on the mobile app, Facebook, and Twitter Special Recognition during the General Opening Session

Leadership Breakfast Sponsorship* - $3,000

Exclusive (only 1 available) The Leadership Breakfast will be held on Thursday of the conference. Each county in Florida will send one - two representatives who are growing leaders. The breakfast will cover how to advocate in your county. Sponsor will be recognized on the conference website, on the mobile app, Facebook and Twitter. Special recognition will also be provided during the breakfast.

Amanda Award - $500 Exclusive (Only 1 Available)

Elementary Principal’s Award - $300 This award is for the Elementary Principal who demonstrated support in the development of exemplary school library media programs. Sponsor will be recognized on the conference web site, on the mobile app, Facebook, and Twitter. Special recognition will also be providing during the General Opening Session.

Secondary Principal’s Award - $300 This award is for the Secondary Principal who demonstrated support in the development of exemplary school library media programs. Sponsor will be recognized on the conference web site, on the mobile app, Facebook, and Twitter. Special recognition will also be providing during the General Opening Session.

Payment Deadlines ✦ *50% liable on April 21, 2017 and 50% due April 21, 2017. ✦ *100% liable on July 20, 2017 and 100% due July 20, 2017. ✦ * Your Company is liable for contracted funds based on the following payment schedule.

Late payments (where funds have not cleared bank) can result in sponsored items not being ordered. While still contractually liable for amounts due, any exhibitor not paid at event set up will not be allowed to set up their booth. If payments are not received within the terms listed below, show management reserves the right to re-sell and/or re-assign the exhibit space or re-sell sponsored items with the contracting organization remaining liable as stated in the contract terms and conditions.
