Charlie CrowleyManaging DirectorHead of Depository StrategyCharlie Crowley is a managing director and Head of Depository Strategy at Wells Fargo Securities. Based in Charlotte, N.C., he is responsible for all balance sheet and investment portfolio analytics and resulting strategy development for Wells Fargo’s depository clients.Charlie brings more than 30 years of experience working in the banking and financial services sector. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Securities, Charlie held the position of managing director of Balance Sheet Strategies at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, a boutique investment bank and broker-dealer specializing in the financial services sector. Prior to Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, he was an associate director at Sandler O’Neill & Partners, L.P., a senior products consultant with Sendero Corporation and Financial Analyst with Hibernia Bank in San Francisco.Charlie earned his B.A. in business and economics from St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire and his M.A in economics from the University of Connecticut.

Will FisherDirectorFixed Income Market & Portfolio StrategyWill Fisher is a director and Depository Mortgage Strategist at Wells Fargo Securities. Will focuses on mortgage strategies and mortgage analytic development for Wells Fargo’s depository clients. He is based in Memphis, Tennessee.Will joined Wells Fargo in 2015, and has more than 17 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector, with a strong influence in portfolio strategies, securities structuring, balance sheet management, ALM and bond accounting.Prior to Wells Fargo, Will served as head of Financial Institution Strategies for Stifel Financial, vice president at Raymond James, a middle market analyst at Bear Stearns, and an Asset Liability Specialist with both Morgan Keegan and FTN Financial. Will also has prior experience in small balance commercial loan underwriting from his time at Greystone Servicing.Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College. He also holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Mohan RamanathanDirectorDepository StrategistFixed Income Market & Portfolio Strategy Mohan Ramanathan is currently a Director within the Fixed Income Market & Portfolio Strategy group at Wells Fargo Securities. He is responsible for providing balance sheet and portfolio-based solutions for depository institutions.Mohan has 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked with both buy-side and sell-side firms. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mohan was a Senior Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods where he worked as a balance sheet strategist. Previously, Mohan spent ten years as a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch Bank. In this capacity, he managed a number of large fixed income portfolios and was responsible for all aspects of portfolio management, including credit analysis, trading and hedging. Mohan started his career in the treasury and interest rate risk management area, spending 12 years in sales and trading at major global banks, where he had primary responsibility for marketing hedging and liability management solutions to banks, corporations and asset managers.Mohan holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Bombay University, India and an MBA from the University of Illinois. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Jonathan O’HanlonDirectorDepository Strategist, Fixed Income Market and Portfolio StrategyJonathan O’Hanlon is a director and depository strategist at Wells Fargo Securities. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina he focuses on balance sheet strategies and balance sheet and portfolio analysis development for depository clients.Jonathan brings 10 years of experience working in the banking and financial services sector. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Securities, Jonathan held the position of Assistant Vice President of Balance Sheet Strategies at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Prior to joining the Balance Sheet Strategy group, Jonathan traded structured credit, distressed debt, trust preferred and managed retail trading at KBW.Jonathan earned his B.A. in History and Art History from Williams College in Williamstown, MA and is Series 7, 63 and 55 licensed.
