$7.00 per event. Direct Deposit Account: HPK Swim Club, 12-3011-0299558-00. Late entries $15.00 at the discretion of the organiser if a spare lane is available. Heats will not be reseeded. HPK reserves the right to limit entries on the basis of time restraints. Door Entry $2 per adult per session, children under 12 free. This will be a paperless meet. Programs will be available on Wednesday 25th October.

Entry Times: NT’s ACCEPTED. All times to be converted to SC. Events: Random Stroke Skins IM Events 33,34,35,36:

50m Events: Timed Finals 100m Events: Heats & Finals in the following age groups: 10/under, 11/12, 13/14, 15 & over. 200m & 400m Events (Except for 200 IM): Open Timed Final events restricted to top 12 male & female entries*** ***200 IM: Timed Final events restricted to top 12 male & female 12/under entries and top 12 male & female 13/over entries (8 heats in total) Entries for the Skins Events 33/34 & 35/36 will be based on the results of the 200 IM Events 15 & 16 with swimmers being advised at the end of session 2. There will be a 12/under (Events 33 & 34) and 13/over Skins Event (Events 35 & 36) Male & Female. The stroke for each 50m swum will be drawn out of a hat with the slowest swimmer from each race being eliminated until we have a winner. Prize money will be awarded for the Skins Events as follows: 1st $135 2nd $85 3rd $55 4th $30 5th $25 6th $20

Starts: Over the top starts and Fina One Start Rule will apply. Poolside Officials: Refunds:

Clubs are to supply 1 official per 4 swimmers per session. Names to be submitted with entries. No refunds on scratching unless a medical certificate is provided no later than 48 hours from the end of the meet. This meet will be conducted under SNZ rules and local conditions listed. All participants must agree to comply with the SNZ Member Protection Policy and Sport Drug and Anti-Doping Regulations.
