DIRECTIONS DRIVING FROM THE SOUTH Take 35W North towards downtown. Follow 35W to Washington Avenue exit. Turn left on Washington Avenue. Go eight blocks to 5th Avenue. FROM THE WEST (via 94) Take 94 East to the 4th Street exit. Follow 4th street to 5th Avenue South and turn left. Follow to Washington Avenue. FROM THE EAST Take 94 West to the 5th Street exit. At the bottom of the exit, veer to the left and proceed around the US Bank Stadium. Take a right onto 5th Avenue and proceed to Washington Avenue. FROM THE NORTH Take 35W South to the Washington Avenue exit. Turn right on Washington Avenue. Go eight blocks to 5th Avenue. FROM THE AIRPORT Take the airport access road and follow signs to MN-5 East. Merge onto MN-55 West toward Minneapolis. Continue onto MN-62 West. Merge onto 35W North towards downtown. In the online vendor registration form you will be asked to agree to the following release/consent statements. We are providing them to you in this format, so you have them for reference and to share with those attending the 2017 INFRA Tabletop. Thank you.

1) Photo Release Agreement Pictures and videos of this event, including pictures and videos of attendees, may be published by INFRA without further consent of the attendees.

2) Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot Liability Release & Insurance Vendors, brokers, partners & sponsors agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend CSM (hotel parent company), its employees, agents and contractors against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, penalties, charges, fines, injury, death or damage to person or property, expenses and costs (including without limitation, any and all liability resulting from non-compliance with federal, state, and local health or safety laws and regulations applicable to food services, and court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees), which arise out of or in any way relating to Customer’s event, except those claims arising out of the sole negligence or willful misconduct of CSM. And further agree to obtain and keep in force General Liability Insurance covering the event described in this contract with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and to provide a certificate of insurance naming Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot as an additional insured for your event.

What is the show schedule? Monday, July 17, 2017 Setup: 8:30am – 10:45am Show Hours: 11am – 4pm (5 hours - extended one hour from last year) Breakdown: 4pm – 4:30pm What is my table number?

Refer to the tabletop webpage for a complete list of vendors attending the tabletop, including table numbers, electric requests, and ice orders.

What size are the tables?

• Full table includes a 6-foot table with tablecloth and skirting, chair, and up to two attendees. • Half table includes 4-foot table (half of a shared 8-foot table) with tablecloth and skirting, chair, and

one attendee. Are banners & case stacks okay?

Banners and tabletop displays are welcome. Please limit banners and displays to the top of and directly behind your table. For reasons of safety and courtesy, no banners, display items, case stacks, or decorative material may protrude into the aisles or extend into neighboring booths. We ask that you do not display case stacks at the show due to the limited space.

Can I bring my broker to help?

If you are registered for a full table, which allows up to two attendees, you may register your broker as the second attendee.

Does my table include electricity?

Electrical access should have been requested on your contract proposal. Refer to the tabletop webpage for a complete list of vendors attending the tabletop, including table numbers, electricity requests, and ice orders. To add electrical access ($150) please contact Debra Gagner at INFRA, dgagner@infretailers.com by March 31, 2017.

Where can I get ice?

Ice should have been ordered on your contract proposal. Refer to the tabletop webpage for a complete list of vendors attending the tabletop, including table numbers, electricity requests, and ice orders. To add ice delivered to your table ($35/30lbs) please contact Debra Gagner at INFRA, dgagner@infretailers.com by March 31, 2017. Vendors are allowed to bring in ice they pick up locally.

Can I sample my product at the show? Yes, distributing samples is encouraged. • Please sample only natural and organic food products. • Follow Minnesota Department of Health guidelines when serving food. • Please do not use restrooms or hand washing stations for washing utensils. There is a kitchen off the

north side of the event space for this purpose. • Hand washing stations will be located on the show floor.

What food handling guidelines must I follow? • Exhibitors who will be handling food samples are responsible to be aware of and follow Minnesota

Department of Health food handling requirement. Neither the venue nor INFRA will assume responsibility for monitoring these requirements.

Where can I unload my product?

• Load-in from Hotel Parking – enter the parking lot (fee) off of 5th Avenue South and Washington Avenue South, and use the underground garage. Take an elevator to the main level and walk to the Winter Garden area. INFRA will have a registration table in the Winter Garden. Carts will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. Product may be wheeled in through the Promenade area, off the Winter Garden.

How will Show Deals be processed? – NEW Process in 2017! INFRA will process Show Deals orders in 2017. The new process will be as follows:

1. Vendors offering Show Deals need to email Show Deals to INFRA by March 31st, 2017 on an INFRA Show Deal contract (Distribution or Direct).

2. INFRA will provide retailers with an electronic order form. 3. Retailers will email order forms directly to INFRA and INFRA will collect, collate, and submit show

orders to UNFI, KeHE, and each direct vendor. 4. Vendors operating through distribution will receive a recap of show orders placed. 5. We ask that all orders at the show follow this process for consistency and efficiency. No orders

should be submitted through vendors at the show. What are the criteria for Show Deals?

• A minimum discount of 25% is required for Show Deal offers. • Show Deal offers are valid for the month of September. • Show Deals cannot overlap with September 2017 INFRA Deals. • Fill offers are on the honor system, you will not have the opportunity to review.

Who is eligible for Show Deals?

Only retailers who attend the show will be able to submit Show Deals orders. May I ship samples in advance?

Advance product shipments will only be accepted under the following conditions, or they may be refused: • Product needs to arrive Tuesday, July 11 – Friday, July 14. Any product received prior to

Tuesday, July 11 will be rejected. The venues are only able to receive and stage for us on these dates.

• To ensure proper routing, use the appropriate shipping label template provided (download from the tabletop webpage). Please fill in your company, contact name/number, table number, and number of boxes. NOTE: shipping address is different for dry product vs. refrigerated/frozen product.

• Renaissance Hotel Minneapolis, The Depot, and Co-op Partners Warehouse accept no liability for lost, damaged, missing, or stolen packages. Direct shipments are made at your own risk.

Where can I pick up my shipped samples? Day of show:

• Shipped dry product will be on your table at 8:30am. • Shipped refrigerated/frozen product will be delivered during the setup between 9am and 10am, please

be present. How is waste being handled?

Renaissance Hotel Minneapolis, The Depot will provide bins for trash & recycling on the show floor. What are my options for leftover product? (dry goods only)

• Donate A table will be provided for you to place boxed product you wish to leave behind for donation to a local non-profit agency.

• Return Shipping Come prepared with outbound shipping labels, and the ability to schedule a pickup. Box up your product, attach your shipping label(s), schedule the pickup, and place on provided table. Shipping MUST be scheduled for the same day or next day pickup.

• Trash All product left at your table will be discarded as trash.

Is WiFi access available? Sorry, WiFi is not available at this venue. Is there a café nearby for coffee/snacks?

Yes, Dunn Bros Coffee is located one block north of the venue on 3rd Avenue South.
