BiograPhy

Curtis Cloke is an award-winning financial advisor and retirement professional, trainer, and speaker with over 30 years of experience in income distribution planning. Recognized in 2009 as a top-five finalist for Advisor of the Year by Senior Market Advisor magazine, Curtis provides all of his clients with experienced financial and retirement guidance. With his personable character and genuine care for clients’ retirement needs and concerns, he has the ability to quickly and accurately identify the needs of his clients and create a custom-tailored retirement plan. Curtis is an Adjunct Instructor with The American College of Financial Planning in Bryn Mawr, PA for the Retirement Income Certified Professionals (RICP®) designation.

Curtis is a renowned and active member throughout the financial service industry. He is member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA),and is a former president of the Southeast Iowa Association. He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (FSP) and is a qualifying member of Top of the Table with the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). He has earned his CLTC (Certified in Long Term Care) and LUTCF (Life Underwriters Training Council) designations, and moderates development courses for the Life Underwriters Training Council. Curtis began his career as a financial professional with Prudential Financial in 1987. After merging his company with another firmin 2004, he established Acuity Financial Advisors in 2014.

Personal Interests: Family, philanthropic service, giving back to the Burlington and Des Moines communities, and fishing.
