Hamilton County Sports Authority 2017 Operating Grant Program The Hamilton County Sports Authority Operating Grant Program is designed to support local clubs who provide opportunities for participation in sports and have an active membership within Hamilton County. Clubs are eligible to receive up to $500 each calendar year by completing a five-question form along with meeting the requirements listed below. The online form can be found here. ELIGIBILITY REQUIRMENTS: Must be active in the Hamilton County sports community i.e. attend the HCSA Sports Summit and/or other partner events throughout the year Must share your annual sports calendar with HCSA upon request Must be hosting sporting events in Hamilton County ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: Share an updated contact list for your club staff or board with the HCSA Provide the HCSA with an updated calendar of events to include: Name of event Dates of event Location of event Projected number of teams Projected attendance Distribute HCSA information and/or materials upon request *Any sports club found not to adhere to these guidelines or meet required criteria will not be eligible for an operating grant in the future. All grant requests are subject to approval by the Hamilton County Tourism Board of Directors. The Hamilton County Sports Authority Operating Grant Program is designed to support local clubs who provide opportunities for participation in sports and have an active membership within Hamilton County.

Clubs are eligible to receive up to $500 each calendar year by completing a five-question form along with meeting the requirements listed below.
