In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Section 505.160 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Directors of the Bonham Economic Development Corporation is providing this published notice of its intent to undertake the following project: provide financial assistance (loan of Type B sales tax funds) in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00 to TCI TransCable International. The board reserves the right to loan additional Non-Type B sales tax funds available from the USDA-BEDCO Revolving Loan Fund – loan pool.
