vOnlystudentsregisteredwiththeAssociationarepermittedtowriteitsexaminations.vApplicationformsforregistrationareobtainablefromtheSecretariatof�ices.Theappropriatefeemustaccompanytherelevantapplication.vTheregistrationfeeisvalidforupto12monthsafterwhichanotherfeeispayableatthelevelapplicableatthetimeofsuchpayment.vEveryapplicantforregistrationmustproduceevidenceofhavingpassedanexaminationentitlingtheapplicanttosuchregistrationasrequiredbytheAssociation.Five'O'LevelpassesincludingEnglish,Mathematics/Accountsortheequivalent,asapprovedbytheassociation,arethebasicacademicrequirement.vRegistrationconfersnorankofmembershipandnovotingrightoftheassociation.vTheregistrationfeeisnon-refundableshouldtheregistrationberefusedortheapplicantwithdrawstheapplication.vThegrantingofexemptionsisattheassociation'sdiscretion.Noexemptionshall,however,begrantedfromwritingthe�inalexamination.vExaminationsfeesarenotnormallyrefundable,butconsiderationmaybegiventoapplicantsforrefundsonmedicalgroundsatthediscretionoftheassociation.Inallothercasestheexaminationfeewillbeforfeitedifthecandidatedoesnotwrite.vIfacandidatesatis�iestheassociationandhasattainedaminimumoverallpassmarkof60%heorsheshallbecreditedwithapass.Adistinctionwillbeawardedforattainingaminimumoverallmarkof81%.vCandidatesareadvisedthatnoaidsareallowedintotheexaminationroomexceptthosedesignedforOpenBookvUseofcellularphonesisbannedduringexaminationtime.Theringing/useofacellularphonewillresultintheimmediateevictionofthecandidatefromtheexaminationroomandthesubmissionofhis/heranswerscriptatthestageofsucheviction.Thecandidatewill,however,beallowedtositforsubsequentpapers.vNocandidateshallbeallowedtoentertheexaminationroomafter30minutesfromthecommencementoftheexaminationandnoextensionoftheexaminationtimeperiodshallbegiventolatecomers.vNocandidateisallowedtoleavetheexaminationroomduringthe�irst30minutesandthelast5minutesofanexaminationsitting.vExaminationresultswillbepostedorcollectedfromthenationalsecretariatof�iceandwillnotbegivenoverthetelephone,faxoremail.vCandidateswillbegivenaccesstotheirmarkedprogresstestanswerscripts.Noaccesswillbeallowedtotheanswerscriptsforthe�inalexamination.vTheassociation'sdecisionis�inalandnocorrespondencewillbeenteredintoonthe�inalexaminationresults.vPrizesmaybeawardedtooutstandingstudents(exceptre-writes).vDiplomaswillbeawardedatagraduationceremonyoftheassociation.
