CESA #4 provides a wide array of services to our districts that are outlined in our Programs and Services catalog. We have found, however, that these services do not always meet a unique or specific need that one or more of our districts may have. For this reason we created what we coin as “Service by Design.”

If a school or district has a need that is not addressed in our catalog, our staff will meet with representatives from the school or district to design a service that will specifically provide the assistance the district or the building level leadership is seeking.

“Service by Design” is an effort on the part of the team at CESA #4 to personalize our approach while providing high qual-ity service to our schools at the time they need them. It is our goal to go “Above and Beyond” when providing service to our schools.

The governing body of each Cooperative Educational Service Agency is a Board of Control consisting of eleven members elected by the Delegate Assembly. The Delegate Assembly consists of one school board member from each of the school districts within the agency and meets annually. The Board of Control meets on the first Wednesday of each month.
