WESTERN SOCIETY OF PERIODONTOLOGY

We would like to extend an invitation to become an exhibitor at the 66th Annual Scientific Session of the Western Society of Periodontology (WSP) which will be held in San Diego, CA, April 6-8, 2018. For four years now the WSP has sold out its exhibit hall and has grown dramatically with professionals. We can expect more than 250 attendees consisting of periodontists, general dentists, and dental hygienists who attended the 2016 and 17 meetings. Additionally, our members have told us their #1 choice for a site of a future WSP meeting should be San Diego. Our speakers are truly world-class speakers on leading edge topics that are interesting to all attendees. Each speaker brings his own message with the goal of the “Synergy For Success: Innovations in Periodontology.” Our program speakers include Stanley Malamed, Frank Schwartz , Roger Levin, Dhaval Patel, Ben Miraglia, Rodrigo Neiva, Bobby Birdi and Dennis Tarnow. We will continue to offer a dental hygiene day highlighted by three different nationally known and recognized dental hygiene clinicians. This promises to be a dynamic and informative educational program worthy of your time and effort. Additionally, we are continuing hands-on focus sessions. Much thought was put into benefits for our corporate sponsors. Collaboration involves health care professionals and corporations that go out of their way to help organized dentistry. We encourage our members throughout the year to support those who support us. This year we are continuing our expanded exhibit hall to offer each exhibiting company a larger display area than the WSP has ever offered and even more space for our sponsors. Each exhibitor will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their company in front of the entire audience and interact throughout the weekend with attendees. Exhibits are arranged in the area where attendees have their meals and refresh-ments. “Basic sponsor” fee is $1,600. We also offer “Titanium Level” sponsorship, for $2,850. This includes a longer table and other benefits with your ability to select your location. Titanium sponsors will be prominently recognized during the program. There are also additional sponsorship opportunities which can bring recog-nition to your company. These include breakfast, breaks, lunch, cocktail reception, a spousal event and a silent auction. The WSP is a purely educational organization and its main objective is to promote and facilitate the exchange of scientific information among all professionals involved in periodontal and implant care; the periodontist, restorative dentist, and dental hygienist. The organization recognizes the importance of and seeks partnerships with the corporate sector in order to enhance the delivery of continuing education programs. Table exhibit displays must be appropriate for a professional meeting. Registration acceptance for exhibits will be at the discretion of the Program Committee. Any exhibit sponsored activities must be provided to the WSP Executive Offices for prior approval. Companies may register by completing the registration information below. Exhibit space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. The registration must be completed and payment received prior to the meeting date. Only one company per exhibit table.

Corporate Forums provide a platform for dental industry leaders to present speakers and topics of their choice WSP will allow two (2)Corporate Forums throughout the day each with a duration of 1 hour. The WSP will provide continuing education credits for the Corporate Forums.

Corporate Forums are only available to exhibitors at the 2018 Annual Session and will be chosen based upon a priority system which includes current sponsorship level, past exhibits and advertising with the WSP.

Forum Sponsorship includes the followingPresentation TheaterStandard A/V Lavalier microphone. Sponsors who need any special set-up will be charged the cost of that equipment.
