2018 FRESHMANORIENTATION

FRESHMAN ORIENTATION at Cal State East Bay is an exciting and engaging program designed to help you start a successful journey at the university. At Freshman Orientation you will learn about essential campus resources, receive important academic guidance, meet new people and explore the many opportunities available at Cal State East Bay. Freshman Orientation is a mandatory program for all incoming freshmen. The $110 pre-enrollment fee will be applied towards your orientation registration. Log in to MyCSUEB to register for Freshman Orientation today, or visit csueastbay.edu/orientation for an orientation checklist and more information.

HAYWARD CAMPUS• Friday, June 15th — Extended evening program• Friday, June 29th — Saturday, June 30th — Two-day overnight program• Friday, July 20th — Saturday, July 21st — Two-day overnight program• Friday, July 27th — Saturday, July 28th — Two-day overnight program*Two-day, overnight program: An automatic $45 overnight fee will be applied to the two-day program for meals, lodging and an extra day of interactive activities designed to help you acclimate to campus life.

REGISTRATION AND REMINDERS: To reserve your space at an upcoming Freshman Orientation session, log in to MyCSUEB. In the top left corner, click the “Orientation Reservation” link. Follow the prompts to sign up. Only students who have been admitted to the university and have indicated their intent to register are able to sign up for Freshman Orientation.

Overnight accommodations for one-day programs are available at Pioneer Heights Student Apartments. Additional fees apply; email Housing and Residential Life at conferencehousing@csueastbay.edu to make a reservation or obtain more information.
