The Pandanus, is a culmination of the Pandanus Room and the PandanusLounge. This option is suitable to large cocktail functions, sit down
dinners and award evenings.
It combines all the facilities of both rooms and makes it perfect for anylarge function.
At the Wynnum RSL we have a variety of menu options to cater to all types of events.
We are happy to cater to any dietry requirements you or your guests may have. Please
note that all of our packages have a minimum number requirement. If you have any
questions about menus or minimum numbers, please contact our Functions Manager
Room hire charges at Wynnum RSL are affordable for any budget. Our Room hire includes
all the staff required for your event as well as any furniture hire. For more information

Menu plans, numbers and dietary requirementsare required 14 days prior to the event. Chargeswill be based on the final confirmed numbergiven. Should you wish to add additional guests after thistime, a 20% loading fee will be applied per person.All special dietary requirements includingallergies and intolerance's must be advised with14 days’ notice. Unfortunately we will not be ableto provide an alternative meal for the same styleand price on short notice. Prices and terms aresubject to change without prior notice. Children are classified as being 12 years of age orunder and are charged half the adult menu priceunless otherwise indicated, or alternatively, canorder from the children’s menu. Persons over theage of 12 are classed as adults and will be chargedthe same price as an adult. The Wynnum RSL is a licensed venue andtherefore no outside food or beverages arepermitted onto the premises with the exception ofa wedding or celebration cake. No food or beverages are to be taken from theWynnum RSL.
A non-refundable deposit of the room hire is requiredwithin 14 days of making the reservation. Incircumstances where a room hire does not apply a$200 deposit is required. Wynnum RSL reserves the right to cancel anyreservations not held with a deposit by requireddate.Full payment is required 7 days prior to eventdate, with the exception of the balance of beverageand miscellaneous charges. Payment can be made bycash, cheque, credit card or direct deposit using theInvoice Number as a reference. We do not accept AMEX or Diners Card. A 10%surcharge will apply to catering & room hire on PublicHolidays

A refundable bond of $200 is required for a 21st or18th Any damages sustained will be assessed anddeducted from the bond. If damages exceed the valueof $200 the difference will be charged to the host. A security guard is required at the expense of thehost. At time of print, the rate for security is$47.50/hour (exclusive of GST) Cost will be subject toa 50% loading on Public Holidays and after midnightshould your function guests remain on the premises. *Our Functions Manager will advise if your eventfalls under this category

TERM S & C ONDITIONS
Under house policy, guests attending a functionon the premises are required to sign the visitor’sregister upon entering the club. All guests arerequired to stand and maintain a respectfulsilence for “THE ODE” which plays at 6pm daily. Evening dress code applies from 6pm onwards.Themed parties must abide by these regulations. Entertainment must cease at 11.45pm. Smoke machines are not permitted. Host of the function is responsible for the actionsand behaviour of guests. The Wynnum RSL has a house policy of a securityguard per 75 people. Should your numbers exceedthis amount the Wynnum RSL reserve the rightto obtain a security guard for the event at thehost’s expense. The Wynnum RSL have no responsibility fordamage or loss of articles left on premises priorto, during or after the function. Delivery of hired equipment organized by thehost must be advised to the Functions Managerprior to delivery. The Wynnum RSL does notaccept responsibility for the security, set up,transportation, loss or damage to thisequipment. Additional cleaning costs incurred by thisfunction will be the responsibility of the host forexample – sprinkles, scatters, confetti or rice.There will be an additional charge of $100. NO fixtures to the function room walls arepermitted unless discussed prior with theFunctions Manager.
