Ian Anderson lasted two innings, forcing the bullpen to work the final six frames after tossing 6.1 innings on Friday. Anderson needed 29 pitches to work out of the first inning with just one run allowed, and needed 26 more to make it out of the second with no damage against the 20-year-old. Troy Bacon, Jon Kennedy, Mauricio Cabrera and Marcus Mooney were tasked with working through the final six frames, and allowed nine runs to score on 12 hits, three walks and three strikeouts. Alejandro Salazar broke up Nick Fanti’s no-hit bid with a solo shot to right-center for the infielder’s first long ball of the season. • Luis Salazar is in his first sea-son as the Fire Frogs skipper and his eighth season overall as a manger in the Braves organi-zation. • Salazar spent his first five seasons (2011 to 2015) with the organization as the High-A skipper before man-aging the Double-A Mississippi Braves for the last two seasons (2016 and 2017).• Salazar, who has 20-plus years of minor-league coaching and managerial experience, owns an overall managerial record of 769-836 (.479) over 14 seasons.• Salazar guided his team to three consecutive Carolina League playoff appearances in 2012, 2013 and 2014...In 2012, his club claimed the Carolina League title, winning the Mill Cup Championship.• From 2002 to 2009, he spent eight seasons as a coach in the Los Angeles Dodgers farm system, including five as a manager...
