We will be using the AlphaStaff enrollment portal this year to make benefit selections. www.alphastaff.com

What happens during your phone appointment?

Open Enrollment Instructions Step 1: To access the Benefits Enrollment Portal, you first must login to AlphaSource via www.alphastaff.com website.
Click on “Employee Login.”
Step 2: Click the “Register” button, or if you have previously registered, enter your Username and Password. If you forgot or lost your password, click “Password Recovery” button.
Step 3: To register, fill in your information and click “Continue.” If Registration was successful, you will receive an email with a temporary password. Use this password to log in to the AlphaSource site using the instructions above. Once logged in, you may change your password.

Open Enrollment Instructions Continued
Once you are logged into AlphaSource, click on “Smart Start.” You will then see the benefits enrollment Welcome page. Click on the available options on the top of the screen to review your
current plans, review your new elections, review plan documents, and access the Benefits Guide. Click on “Get Started” button and follow the instructions for enrolling in your benefit plans. The plans you see are specific to
your geographic location. Once you have confirmed your elections, no changes can be made online. You can make changes only by calling the AlphaStaff
Benefits Service Center. If you are enrolling your dependents, be sure to provide their name, date of birth and Social Security number in the “Dependent
Information” section. Any missing dependents information may cause your dependents to be ineligible for coverage.
