Conclusions

• A majority of subjects and grade levels show positive trends;

• In the aggregate and in most student groups, Carroll County students out perform students state‐wide;

• Summer of 2017 and focus on writing clearly resulted in Middle School ELA gains;

• Performance gaps continue to exist.

• Establish Strategic Improvement Plan Performance Measures;

• Develop improvement strategies aligned with the Priority Focus Areas in the Plan

• Analyze Student Growth Percentiles when available;
