Mountain Harbor Cancellation Policy-DEPOSITS are refunded minus a $25 service charge, when

notice reaches our office two weeks before arrival day.-Reservations made within two weeks of arrival dates

have non-refundable deposits.

Lodging-Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be added if guests are not out of the unit by that time.

-We have a two-night minimum on regular weekends, and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends. A higher

holiday rate will apply on designated holidays.-We process your credit card for the first night’s stay,

plus tax, at the time that the reservation is made.-The through- the -week or seasonal discount will not apply

Memorial Day - Labor Day.-Pets are welcome in MOST units, for a pet fee

of $17.50 per night.-Baby beds ard/or aero beds are available

for $17.50 per night.-Additional people over lodging occupancy

(occupancy differs by unit) are an additional $10 each. -The majority of our accommodations are non-smoking.
