“By shooting scenario / I need this feature!”

March 1 (Thu) 11:00–12:30

One of the advantages of SLR videos is the availability of a variety of lenses for SLR still cameras. These days, more and more cinematic lenses are targeting video shooting. A cinematic lens’ slow and accurate focus point change enables cinematic expressions with soft contrast. Takashi Chiba, who has experience in the direction of TV commercials, guided how to effectively use a cinematic lens, and explained the difference between SLR still lenses and cinematic lenses, with a lens engineer as a guest speaker.

Speaker: Takashi Chiba (Cinematographer, digital image technician)

This session introduced the fundamental techniques of sound balancing, focusing on Premiere Pro.

Speaker: Jun Osuga(Videographer, musician)
