ANNUAL CONFERENCE EVENT AND ATTENDEE SERVICE SPONSORSHIPAll event and service sponsorships include recognition via links to your website from the Forum website and conference app, and recognition in conference-related publications.

WEDNESDAY OPENING PLENARYAt the Opening Plenary, the sponsor's logo is front and center and the first thing attendees see as they enter the ballroom. Sponsor's slide show will be projected on screens in ballroom prior to the start of the Plenary. Representatives from the sponsor organization/institution will be invited to sit in the front row, will be thanked during welcome remarks and a 6-foot sponsor table will be available for sponsor use immediately outside Plenary room before and during the Plenary. $5,000

WELCOME RECEPTIONAs the sponsor of the Welcome Reception you'll help host the signature social event of the conference. High-impact recognition includes signage, drink tickets bearing your logo, and a 6-foot sponsor table during the event. Sponsor will receive two complimentary conference registrations. $7,500

THURSDAY CONTINENTAL BREAKFASTSet a great tone for the first full day of conference events by becoming the sponsor of the Continental Breakfast. Sponsor's logo will be on signage and table tents, and sponsor may staff a 6-foot sponsor table prior to and during the event. $3,000

NEWCOMER SESSIONUnderwrite the session that helps all new attendees navigate the conference and best utilize sessions and resources to make the most of the week. Sponsor's logo will be placed on signage outside of the Newcomer Session, and sponsor will be thanked during the session. $1,000

THURSDAY MORNING COFFEE BREAKCoffee breaks bring together all conference participants, and give sponsors a chance to staff a table in the heart of the event, providing great access and exposure. Sponsor's full color logo will be placed on table tents and signage, and the sponsor may staff a 6-foot table during and in the location of the coffee break. $2,000

THURSDAY PORTABLE LUNCHThe sponsor leaves its mark on this event, literally: Sponsor’s logo will be on every boxed lunch provided to conference attendees. Signage at the event will also bear the Sponsor’s logo, and Sponsor may staff a 6-foot table at the event. $4,500

THURSDAY COFFEE AND DESSERT BARConference attendees tell us that they love the extra treat during this coffee break! Coffee breaks bring together all conference participants, and give sponsors a chance to staff a table in the heart of the event, providing great access and exposure. FRIDAY BREAKFAST BUFFETThis buffet breakfast is a great way to showcase your institution or organization mid-conference. Sponsor's full color logo will be placed on table tents and signage at the breakfast, and a sponsor table will be available for use in the breakfast space. $4,000

FRIDAY MORNING COFFEE BREAK Coffee breaks bring together all conference participants, and give sponsors a chance to staff a table in the heart of the event, providing great access and exposure. FRIDAY PLENARY LUNCHSponsors: your logo will be displayed on the jumbo screens at The Forum's most-attended conference event. Sponsor's slide show will be projected on screens in the ballroom prior to the start of the Plenary, and will be acknowledged in opening remarks. Sponsor's representatives will be invited to sit at a reserved table near the stage and provided with a 6-foot sponsor table outside of the Plenary location. $6,000

STUDENT PARTICIPATION It all comes back to our students! Sponsoring Student Participation showcases your support of actual students and education abroad, while simultaneously promoting your own institution or organization. This sponsorship underwrites the costs of student award winners attending the conference. Sponsor's logo will be projected on screens in the ballroom prior to the start of the Friday lunch plenary, as well as on signage at the event. Sponsor will be acknowledged in opening remarks and sponsor representatives will be invited to sit at reserved tables near the stage. $2,000

Sponsor the Travel Award for Students, which provides a voucher for travel expenses for the Academic Achievement Abroad Award winners to return to the country where they completed their research. FRIDAY CELEBRATION TOASTRaise a glass to a successful conference as the sponsor of our final conference event, the Friday Celebration Toast! Sponsor will be acknowledged with signage and during remarks, and the sponsor may staff a table during and in the location of the Celebration Toasts. $2,000

TRAVEL GRANT (10 AVAILABLE)Giving sponsors a chance to give back, the Travel Grant sponsorship will provide exposure for the sponsor while helping fellow professionals to attend the conference. Sponsor's name is listed in the conference program. Travel grant awardees are sent an email a few weeks prior to conference indicating who has sponsored the travel grants. Ten travel grant sponsorships are available. $500

CONFERENCE APPConnect with all conference attendees as they connect with each other by sponsoring the Conference App. A special page within the app is shown to attendees every time they access the app, making your logo highly visible. Your logo and acknowledgement of sponsorship will be printed in the Conference Program. $4,000

PRUDENTIAL CENTER ENTRANCE POSTERBe the first thing everyone sees as they enter the Sheraton through the famous Prudential Center Doors. Sponsor's full color logo will be printed on signage placed strategically in entryway. $1,500

EXHIBIT TABLEThere’s no better way to get in front of conference attendees than securing a table in the Exhibit Hall. Set up meetings, meet new contacts and distribute promotional materials to the 1200+ attendees of the conference. Tables are available in the Back Bay Ballroom ($1,550), while Priority Tables ($2,000) will be located in the lobby of the Grand Ballroom, in the heart of the Welcome Reception and just outside of the Opening Plenary. Includes ONE COMPLIMENTARY conference registration ($550 value). Sponsor’s name and/or logo will appear on all signage, lists and information regarding the Exhibit Hall.
