Registration Information1. Paid registrations are due at least one week prior to

the start of the class. 2. Community and Family Education Refunds: Full

refunds will be given when Community and FamilyEducation has to cancel an activity due to lowenrollment. Refunds, less a $3 fee, will be given if aperson withdraws from a program prior to theregistration deadline. Refunds will not be granted if arequest to withdraw from the program is made afterthe registration deadline has occurred. RecreationDepartment Refunds: Full refunds will be given whenthe Recreation Department has to cancel an activity.Refunds, less a $3 fee, will be given if a personwithdraws from a program prior to the start of theprogram or by the registration deadline. Scholarships: Saint Peter Community & Family Education has youthscholarships for families who may find that the full registration feefor an activity is a hardship. To be eligible for a youth scholarship,an individual must have a financial need and reside in the SaintPeter School District or participate in the open enrollment option forthe district. To receive a scholarship application, call 934-3048 orstop by the office in room 207 of the Community Center.

Children’s Weekend Food Program During the school year, this program serves K-6 studentswith child-friendly, nutritious, non-perishable food itemsfor breakfast, lunch, and snacks for most non-schooldays. Teen PantryDuring the school year, teens can sign up with one of theschool counselors to participate in the Teen Pantry.Students are able to stop in at the pantry for groceries tohelp them with meals for the week. The pantry operatesin the Community Center and has scheduled pick upevery Thursday afternoon from 4:30–5:15 p.m.Both of these programs are affiliated with St. Peter AreaFood Shelf and Saint Peter Public Schools. �

Adult Open PickleballPickleball is a sport which combines elements ofbadminton, tennis, and table tennis. This program is forplayers of all abilities. The kits are divided intohigh, middle and low activity levels that correspond tostages of dementia.
