Sandvika Storsenter is located in Sandvika in Bærum, and is a regional centre for the population in the municipalities west of Oslo. The shopping centre is strategically positioned at a traffic interchange, and has approximately 6 million visitors annually. This is Norway’s biggest shopping centre in terms of sales, and is home to some of the country’s most affluent consumers in their primary market. The centre is Norway’s best for fashion/textiles, with wide coverage of the most popular concepts available today. In 2010, it was named Norway’s shopping centre of the year and best shopping centre in the Nordic region.

Lagunen Storsenter
Lagunen Storsenter is located in the Laguneparken in the suburb of Fana in Bergen and has developed into a popular shopping area for the people of Bergen and Hordaland county. Each week, the centre receives 130,000 visitors. The centre is currently being developed and will be completed in November 2018. Lagunen is being developed in an urban style with blocks, pedestrian streets and public areas, living facades and underground parking. The centre will also offer expanded retail outlets and restaurant facilities, as well as a new cinema and training centre. This construction stage comprises a total of 50,000 m² of new buildings. The centre is also being integrated with a bus and light rail terminal and will become the largest public transport hub outside Bergen city centre. Lagunen Shopping Centre is Norway’s 4th largest shopping centre in terms of turnover, and won the award for Bergen’s Best Shopping Centre in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

AMFI Moa in Spjelkavik outside Ålesund comprises three build-ings: Moa North, Moa East and Moa South, of which the north and south buildings are connected by a pedestrian bridge.
AMFI Moa is a vital shopping destination and traffic hub in Ålesund and its premises are in increasing demand.
Since 2012, a major expansion and development of the Moa area has taken place. This extensive project has been carried out in five stages, and will link all the three parts of the centre more closely together. As well as shopping areas, the final construc-tion stage also comprises office premises, multiple restaurants and a cinema with six screens, and will be completed in Novem-ber 2018. The centre will have over 200 tenants with an antici-pated turnover of over NOK 3.5 billion, and is expected to be Norway’s largest shopping centre.

Kvadrat
Kvadrat is located in Sandnes and is one of Norway’s largest shopping centres in terms of both sales and area. The centre opened in 1984 and has been expanded and updated multiple times - the most recent expansion was in 2016.
Kvadrat has established a strong position extending far beyond the immediate area around Sandnes/Sola/Stavanger. There are 170 stores spread across multiple sectors, however clothing/shoes/fashion is the largest individual industry represented with around 70 stores.
The centre received a new façade and was extended by 1,500 m² in 2015. A further 18,500 m² were upgraded in 2016. The centre is centrally located by the E39 highway in one of Norway’s fastest growing municipalities.

Jessheim Shopping Centre is located in Jessheim town centre, just 10 km east of Oslo Gardermoen Airport. Jessheim is the largest town in Akershus county and is located in Norway’s fast-est growing municipality.
Skovly is a major urban development project in Jessheim and will comprise homes, office premises, stores and a car park. The Skovly project will transform Jessheim into a modern and urban area, with a higher population.
The first construction phase, Skovly West, opened in October 2017 and comprises a car park with 800 spaces and six new stores. There will also be a unique residential project with green areas on the roof. A colourful pedestrian bridge links Skovly West to Jessheim Shopping Centre.

Strømmen Storsenter
Strømmen Storsenter is strategically located between Oslo and Oslo Airport, and is in close proximity to public transportation. The centre has been expanded multiple times, most recently in 2012 with the opening of 85 new stores. With a total of 200 stores, Strømmen Storsenter is the largest shopping centre in Norway in terms of number of tenants, and Norway’s second largest in terms of sales.
The centre was named Shopping Centre of the Year in Norway 2015, and has won the Norway’s Best Centre Campaign four times. Strømmen Storsenter has a broad mix of stores comprising both Norwegian and international chains, as well as local niche stores.

Storo Storsenter in the northern part of Oslo is very well placed close to the Ring Road with connections to the underground, light rail and bus. The centre attracts customers from all over Oslo and large parts of Akershus county. The centre is now number 6 on the list of Norway’s largest shopping centres in terms of turnover.
The Olav Thon Group is currently engaged in a major develop-ment project in the area close to the centre and, in 2018, will open Norway’s largest cinema complex, hotel, restaurants and XXL sports store. In 2012, the centre was named Shopping Centre of the Year in Norway, and in 2013 it was voted the City’s Best Shopping Centre in Oslo for the second year in a row.

Ski Storsenter
Ski Storsenter is centrally located in the middle of Ski, close to public transport connections. The centre is home to a wide range of sectors, from the upscale to the affordable, as well as offering a large number of services. Ski Storsenter is Norway’s 10th largest shopping centre. The shopping centre has received a number of prizes over the years, including Shopping Centre of the Year and Environmental Centre of the Year. The centre has been extended multiple times, and is now home to a hotel, 8-screen cinema, library, and homes. The centre is therefore part of a large activity centre for the area as a whole.

Sørlandssenteret is a regional centre for the counties in Agder and is located in Sørlandsparken beside the E18, 12 km east of Kristiansand city centre. The area is a typical car-based regional centre, and Sørlandssenteret is the single largest operator in Sørlandsparken. Sørlandssenteret has been significantly upgraded and extended in recent years, and in October 2013 the centre was completed - it is now home to 195 stores and 110,500 sqm of retail space. Sørlandssenteret is the largest shopping centre in the Nordic region in terms of area, and the fifth largest shopping centre in Norway by sales.

Sartor Storsenter
Sartor Storsenter is located to the west of Bergen. This area is undergo-ing huge population growth and has a rapidly expanding business sector. Major urban development is now underway, and the shopping centre will be at the core of the new city - Sotra Kystby (Sotra Coastal City).
The centre has been developed in stages, the largest being in 2014, with the opening of a new subterranean car park facility with space for 1,500 cars. By locating the car park under ground, the area surround-ing the centre will be characterised by wide streets with footpaths and cycle paths, pleasant pedestrian streets and open meeting places. There will also be a cinema, restaurants, residential dwellings, service buildings and offices. The expansion of the centre was completed in June 2016.
Sartor Shopping Centre has long been the second largest centre in the Bergen region in terms of turnover and is now the largest in terms of square meterage.
