What can be covered?• Patio furniture cushions (Sunbrella fabric) 5 years

• Wicker furniture and aluminum frame frames 3 years

• Outdoor umbrella, fire pit, and cushion box 1 year

Exclusions: Warranty does not include commercial use, normal fading and

discoloration, normal wear and tear, scratches, chips, misuse, abuse,

neglect, the use of improper cleaning products, acts of nature such

as fire, wind and freezing. Warranty also does not include delivery,

pick up or home inspection.

How to take care of your furniture?• If the cushions are left out in the rain, shake or wipe off the

cushions to remove the excess water and let them air out a bit.

• Food spills should be wiped off immediately, as they may stain

and will definitely attract bugs. If any stain does occur, clean

with a solution of two ounces of a light liquid soap per one gal-

lon of lukewarm water.

• Simply wipe down your solid wicker structure with a soft

damp cloth and then buff it dry using a soft dry cloth.

• Highly recommended cover your furniture during the off-

season or bring them inside
