Established in 1968 in Rovato, northern Italy, the factory has been extensively modernised over recent years to become the largest bar producer in the world.

Our production range consists of commercial, free machining and ecological lead free alloys (2011, 2033, 6026, 6026 Lead Free, 6061, 6082 and 7075) in compliance with the most restrictive requirements of European RoHS and ELV which are available as extruded or drawn to close tolerances and in a variety of shapes; round, square, flat and hexagon from 6mm – 254mm depending on the shape (1/4” – 10”).

Aluminium Rolled ProductsSlim Aluminium S.p.A have been producing a wide range of thin gauge rolled products since 1964 from the rolling mill in Cisterna di Latina (Rome) with a production capacity for approximately 92,000 tonnes per annum.

Slim produce 1000, 3000, 5000 and 8000 series alloys in various tempers and widths for a wide range of commercial applications in coil or sheet and depending on the application, in gauges from 6μm – 3mm (6mm for aluminium circles).

Tubes are available for a variety of applications in round, square, rectangular, octagonal, hexagonal, and oval shapes as well as for bespoke applications with new dies on short lead times.

Brass Rods & BarsMetallurgica San Marco are one of the leading European producers of brass rods and bars, a family business based in Brescia, northern Italy.

Established in 1968, San Marco produce semi-finished brass products in complex copper-zinc alloys and copper-zinc-lead alloys (alloys CW614N, CW617N, CW612N, CW602N, CW603N, CW625N, CW626N, CW509L, CW510L/CW510L low lead 80ppm and CW511L) for machining and stamping with capacity for over 60,000 tonnes a year.

The production range consists of drawn and extruded semi-finished products in round, square and hexagonal rods as well as flat bars, all available in metric and imperial sizes.
