Chevron Sunshine is a husband and wife team with some help! Chevron Sunshine Videography is headed up by ChevronSunshine’s Main Videographer, Dino. We also have one-part time assistant videographer on staff, and each videographerbrings their own special skill set to make your wedding video is personalized and unique to you and your special day.

Once you have contacted us, we will setup your consultation. We can do this three ways: via e-mail, overthe phone or in person. We prefer to meet you and your significant other in person! During your consultationwe will discuss your coverage options and which length of time will fit your budget while still getting you allof the shots that you desire. Also we will go over any add-ons you would like and any questions you mayhave.

Once we have it all narrowed down to your perfect videography package we will get it all down on paper,sign the contract and get the booking fee paid. Our booking fee for any video package is $695 plus WI statesales tax.

We will keep in touch during your planning stages of your wedding and help out with timelines and anyquestions you may have that pop up. Remember you can never ask too many questions and we are alwayshere to help.!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Travel/Destination Fees: We have NO TRAVEL FEES for any wedding within most of Wisconsin and Minnesota.Anything outside of this area is considered a destination wedding and has an associated travel fee.

Additional Videographer: Highly recommended for weddings of more than 100 guests or weddings that havedifferent staging, ceremony and reception venues that are more than 15 minutes apart by car.

Streaming Service: We can stream your ceremony LIVE to various online social media sites, allowing family andfriends who could not make it to be there with you as you say your vows. This needs some planning, so please letus know as soon as possible if you would like this.

Total 4K Shoot: We deliver at 1080p (HD) but if you would like the true, ultra HD experience then we can shootyour entire day at native 4K and edit all footage at 4K. This requires some extra equipment that must be rented byus, so please let us know as soon as possible so we can reserve what we need.

Highlight Film (3-5 Minutes): This is the perfect way to capture your day in a true “best of” moments fashion.Short, sweet and to the point - it’s fantastic for sharing with family and close friends who will love to seeeverything again.

Spotlight Film (5-8 Minutes): A very nice blend of highlights and feature-film edits, featuring a lot morefootage taken throughout the day. Expect more depth, more emotion and more things you missed duringyour wedding day.

Feature Film (10-14 Minutes): This is the film for couples who want a true cinematic experience. We takeeverything we’ve shot and blend it creatively and chronologically to display and relive your wedding day ina way only a true cinematic film can. This film will also include highlights of all the special features of yourday (ceremony, dances and speeches) along with any applicable addons in highlight form.

Documentary Edit: This is the entire day, cut into chronological order but not creatively, giving you a“documentary” feel of your entire day. This is great for you both as a couple to watch privately as it will nodoubt contain things you missed during the excitement of your big day. Your ceremony, speeches and danceswill be edited together with high-quality audio allowing you to seamlessly relive your wedding day frombeginning to end without having to dig through raw footage.

How long does it take for us to receive our video?Depending on the time of the year it takes anywhere from 6-12 weeks to get your photos back.

What is your refund policy?The short answer is your booking fee is non-refundable. We will go over more details about cancellations &rescheduling during your consultation.

Can we pick out the music for our video?We will try to accomodate your wishes in regards to style and genre, but ultimately the final decision is ourdue to liscensing/copyright/legal issues. If you are willing to pay the additional liscensing fee forpopular/mainstream music, this can be arranged.

Can you hold our date?We will hold your date in good faith for 7 days from the point of first contact then it will open back up, butonce your deposit is paid and the contract is signed your date is in our books!

If we book you for both videography and photography do we get a discount?Yes! If you book us for both videography and photography you get a 10% discount on both services.
