FARM SPACES Exclusive use of the property from 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM (We book only one wedding a day!) Set up can begin as early as 10:00 AM. Upon your arrival a light lunch will be set for you and your bridal party. Bridal preparation space.. It includes a large dressing room and a bathroom beautifully designed to accentuate your photographs. This space is available for your use from noon till the start of dinner. Welcome station, located inside of our Chicken Coop. Perfect for your guest book and gifts. Includes a chalkboard time line outlining the evening’s events. Outdoor ceremony site overlooking the pond set with white garden chairs, a vintage table for your alter, and an arbor with natural vines and a crystal chandelier. (Vintage wooden pews are available for an ad- ditional fee. *) Your cermeony may begin as early as 4:00pm. Cocktail hour located in the Carriage House and garden patio. Complete with an indoor and outdoor bar, farm tables, antique chairs for seating, and vintage furniture – perfect for personalizing your day with photographs, memory candles, advice stations and more. Reception can be held either in our 110 year old climate controlled barn for up to 250 guests or on our 6,800 square foot stained concrete floor with inlaid dance floor overlooking the pond. This space is used for tenting and seats up to 400 guests. Restrooms are located on the lower level of the barn, with a handicaped restroom positioned on the main level for easy access and convience. Additional areas for photography and gathering including the corncrib, a stationary dock with solar lighting, a gazebo, pasture fields, hay fields, pine forests, and gardens. Use of the property for bridal and engagement portraits (by appointment). Space to rehearse your wedding ceremony for one hour the day prior to your wedding day. If an event is occurring during the time you would like to rehearse we have an altranative ceremony space to use. 2019 Venue Amenities & Pricing

COORDINATION• Director for your rehearsal and ceremony. We also meet with you one month prior to your wedding for coordination of your personal style of the grounds.• Professional florists the day of your wedding creating the perfect atmosphere.• Professional coordinator the day of your wedding keeping your customized time line on schedule, once dinner starts the DJ then takes over coordination of the evenings events.

TABLES, CHAIRS & LINENS• White garden chairs available for ceremony and reception.• Vintage tables and chairs for Cocktail hour.• High top tables and floor length ivory linens for Cocktail hour.• Your choice of long or round tables for the reception with linen colors of your choice.• Antique farm table and love seat available for your sweet heart table.

FLOWERS & DÉCOR• Florist to provide custom designed floral pieces.• Bridal party flowers including the bride’s bouquet, toss bouquet, up to five bridesmaid bouquets, flower girl flowers, up to four mini bouquets, groom’s boutonniere, up to five groomsmen boutonnieres, one ring bearer and up to four additional boutonnieres (Flower prices fluctuate. The type of flower requested could increase the cost. Examples of the types of flowers we use for this package are available.)• Custom designed décor for the ceremony.• Fresh floral centerpieces and décor designed especially for your reception. • Selection of table décor, mason jars, milk glass, brass, wooden boxes, mercury glass, colored glass, vintage medicine bottles, log slices, vintage books, table numbers etc. • Votive candles available for reception tables and in the hanging mason jars for surrounding trees. • Vintage props available for personalizing your wedding day atmosphere – old doors, windows, dry-ing rack - for place cards, cake stands, mason jars, burlap runners, etc. • Hand painted wooden arrow keepsake with your names hung under the Shady Elms sign at the top of Caldwell Road.
