Call for Poster Abstracts The 2019 Florida Section Conference will include Poster Presentations. This is a perfect opportunity to showcase a student or nursing unit project or share an innovative idea with your professional colleagues.
Build your resume! Practice your presentation skills! Submit your abstract today!
Send abstracts to Barbara Nash-Glassman at [email protected] no later than June 7, 2019.
Abstracts will only be accepted by e-mail and must be in the following document format:
• 1 page maximum abstract - 1 inch margins, Microsoft Word 2003 format with 12-point font
• Title, objectives, description/ methods, & results in either paragraph or outline format
• On a separate page submit biographic information including: presenter’s name(s), credentials, place of employment and position, as well as contact information (phone and email)
Space is limited. Presenters will be notified of acceptance by June 24 ,2019. Please direct all questions to [email protected].
We are happy to extend up to two discounted registrations for poster presenters. The discounted registration rates are: AWHONN Member - $140 / Non-member - $170. Once you receive notification of the status of your poster, you may register either on Eventbrite (choosing the category Conference Sponsor/Vendor and Poster Presenter) or by mail.
