RI7: 9-MINUTE MATCH 1. TASK: With a magazine inserted, bolt locked to the rear and the rifle on “SAFE;”

the competitor is in the prone firing position, sighted in on the target. At the buzzer, the competitor rises, leaving the rifle on the firing line and sprints to the ammunition staged 25 meters behind him. The competitor retrieves *ONE SINGLE ROUND* and sprints 25 meters back to the rifle, loading the one single round, firing the round on any of the 5 circle targets in his or her assigned lane. After firing a single round, the process is repeated until 9 minutes expire or all 20 rounds are fired, whichever occurs first. Competitors may only load and fire one single round per run. 3. STANDARDS: a. 400-20X points possible b. All 20 rounds must be fired, and strike the 8.5” x 11” target sheet, within

the 9 minutes allotted to complete the task. Failure to do so results in ZERO POINTS AWARDED for this event.

c. If any of the 5 bullseyes has more than 4 shots striking a scoring ring, ZERO POINTS ARE AWARDED for the entire event.

d. 1”/black scoring zone = 20 points/hit e. 2”/orange scoring zone = 10 points/hit f. Tie-breaker: total bullseyes
